This Taco Bueno location near E. 104th & S. Memorial in Tulsa is my go to and favorite store. There are two others a similar distance from home or on my way home from work but this one is it for me as I get food to go and do so by going inside as we do have some specific requests that are better explained and confirmed inside, face to face. The good people at this location are always kind, considerate, and prompt in taking my order. The order is then made correctly, quickly, and I’m out the door headed home. Hugo is almost always here making sure his employees are taking care of guests and getting it done with excellence. I’m grateful to have the confidence in going here that all will be as our family desires. Thank you to the good people at this store for being awesome. I appreciate you.

I’m don’t normally do or read reviews, but this time I need to make an exception. I have gone to this Bueno for years, because it’s always been far superior to my closest Bueno at 91st and Sheridan. I can’t speak to the eat in experience, because I always do Drive Thru. I’m not sure what is going on with the staffing at 103rd and Memorial, but for the last three visits my Order has been incorrect when I got it home. The first two times, I drove back up there to get the missing items. This time (the third time), almost everything in my Order had an issue. For example, I ordered a Chicken Taco Salad and got home with Beef, which was also missing the Sour Crème and Guacamole. Instead of messing with driving all the way to 103rd and Memorial, I just went to the Bueno 1/2 mile from my house, to order and pay for (again) the items that my family requested. I can’t recommend the Bueno at 103rd and Memorial anymore, until they get their act together the way it used to be. It seems like maybe they need hands on adult management, like they used to have.

Well I went through the drive thru place my elderly mothers order followed by asking for her senior discount the employee said I'll have your total at the window I pulled around handed the employee a $20 and he handed me
my change and the receipt which my mother checked for her discount which wasn't applied so I asked the employee why it wasn't applied he told me I had to tell him before he took my money which I replied I did when I placed my order he even said plz pull around and I'll have your total then proceeded to not give my mother her discount saying there was nothing he could do because I didn't tell him before he took her money so I pull around and go inside to speak to a Manager only to find out the employee at the drive thru window was the manager on duty who proceeded to tell me first the button for the discount was removed and that he didn't know the number to his corporate office but he was the manager I finally just left without the discount and will never purchase a thing from them ever again.

Don't eat as a Taco Bueno they can't even give discounts for elderly people without being rude and not being cooperative

I ate lunch there on Monday. Everything was hot and fresh. The salsa bar was fully stocked. The enchiladas were covered in chili and cheese. The guacamole was fresh and the chips were perfect.

Pleasantly surprised! This Taco Bueno has it together. Great, friendly staff, speedy service, clean dining area and kitchen, and most importantly, great food! Probably the best Bueno in town. Give this location your business!

Not as good as it used to be. But sometimes it is actually very good.

Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off. 4 dollars for a soda and 3 dollars for a bean burrito that is just a tortilla with nothing in it.

I went through the drive thru and Jackson was so kind and polite. He was friendly, smiled, and just an all around nice guy. He’s the type of person that makes you want to go back. Wish more places had people like him.

Was great except they should really have a baby changing station. Made it hard for my wife and I to change the kiddo who also loved the food.

Taco Bell with poorer execution & higher prices. $2.69 for a basic crunchy taco?!? I've been drunk at 4 am and created better nachos with cooks from my restaurant than their Mucho Nacho. Absolutely horrible for $7! Tons of refried beans, no tomatoes as pictured, barely any of their knock-off Velveeta-esque cheese. Bland bargain basement beef. Didn't offer or include salsa to coat their prison-level food.

Go to Del Taco, Taco Bell, 7-11, or make quality food at home if you are inclined to do such. No one with or that can spell “palate” would eat here. Absolute abomination.
