Today I happened to be driving by there and realized that it was nearly 2:00 and I hadn't eaten since about 7:00 this morning. I no longer live near there so it had been a while since I've eaten there. From previous experience it has always been good so I stopped in. As usual "my eyes were bigger than my stomach" and I ordered more food than I could eat right then but I have more than enough for lunch tomorrow lol.
The owner enjoys putting up house plants around the dining room which gives it a cozy feel. This time when I was there, nearly every window in the place had very well taken care of shelves of plants in front of them! With the sun shining through them it was quite pleasant. And just like I remembered from when I used to eat here more often, the food was still excellent.

Tacos Don Francisco is hands-down one of the best taco spots in Tulsa. The flavors are authentic and fresh, and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. Every bite bursts with flavor, and the variety on the menu makes it a perfect choice for lunch or dinner. Every time I pick up a Uber order here I get harassed. I am starting to think they are racist. The first time the lady lied and said they don't do Uber , which is a lie because I was sent there to pick it up . And now she was refusing to give me the order. They kept grabbing my phone and even wanted to call the girl I was picking up the order for to make sure she paid for it and she even said she remembered me, as she was refusing to give me the order that was already paid for. So rude and hateful.

Great filling burrito must have the steak burrito with sauce on side my GMA says try the tamale and the tacos. Steak good on the burrito. Always check to see if they have melon aguas. Bathroom always clean. Good service good attitude on the employees.laid back atmosphere where u can have private conversations and still be comfortable when leaving. #MustHaveSteakBurrito

The best EVER. The ladies working here are so sweet. Prices are reasonable, especially for it being a sit down shop. The place is especially clean, nice bathrooms, and houseplants covering the area. I’m not sure why it’s empty every time I go… best healthy option in the university neighborhood in my opinion!

The portions were generous. I’m not someone who eats tacos often, so I’m not sure if I’d have them again. It kind of reminded me of the Turkish dish tantuni. The prices were cheap, and the lady at the counter was really sweet. The chicken taco was also nice — it was shaped like a sigara böreği (fried pastry roll).
