Some families pass down heirlooms. Ours passes down a love for Ted’s. Ted’s Café Escondido has been a family favorite for years...Many years! When my daughters were little, they would beg to go. Now my granddaughter is carrying on the tradition, and honestly, I couldn’t be prouder.
From the endless chips, salsa, queso, and fresh tortillas that require serious self control, to the sizzling fajitas, tortilla soup, and sheet pan nachos, we always leave happy and slightly overstuffed.
