The food was delicious and there were many options. Some of the meats could have been warmer. Definitely would recommend.
Always a great time!

Service was very slow and when they finally brought the food it wasn't cooked. Extremely expensive.
The food was delicious. There were so many choices at the salad bar and they were all delicious, but I was saving my appetite for the meat. The meat|did not disappoint. The best was the beef. Don't bother with the chicken. Beef sirloin and beef ribs is where it's at. The service was very good. Our server kept asking if there is something we need. She even made sure to send the gauchos with the meats we specifically asked for
Fine dining restaurant with lots of great meats and good selection of buffet salad and hot food. The meats were finely seasoned and cooked, we enjoyed every piece of meat we order. Would recommend friends and family to go.
This was a fun experience with nine of us to celebrate a birthday. Everybody enjoyed the meat items and the salad bar was amazing.
Always great service at this location, have never had a bad experience, food cooked to your liking even though medium rare is the standard cook here. It's a definite go to when I don't want to deal with bad service elsewhere. Good food great drinks good ambiance, quiet.
Every time I dine here, I fall in love all over again. This location feels like stepping out of Great Plains America into a South American subtropical enclave. The meat is like a naughty dream. The service makes you feel like a VIP. It's one of the better steakhouses in Tulsa for the price.
Always a great experience, wonderful salad bar and reliable roasted meat. Great place to relax and talk. We always have a great time.

My only real complaint is how long drinks took to come out. There were only a few tables seated but our drinks took about 15 minutes.
Our server, although new, was very efficient and quick to ask us if we needed any special meats brought around. She filled our water glasses often, and brought clean plates when needed. Tonight the flank steak was excellent, as well as the Garlic Picanha. They brought around the parmesan chicken right at the end of our meal, and I was too full to get one of my own, but I did take a bite of my husband's drumette, and it was excellent! I wish they had brought the chicken around earlier. The parmesan pork was tasty, but the meat was a bit dense and dry, although the sauce from the mushrooms helped with that. I always end my meal with the pineapple slices -- that's dessert enough to end with! Although they do have some tasty desserts as well. But I'm always too full for that.
Excellent service and food. Salad bar has many choices. Meats are not overwhelming with spices. Server and Gauchos were outstanding!
An excellent dining experience overall with excellent service. It was a bit loud which was only a problem since most of the gauchos were soft spoken. Our waitress was absolutely excellent and very informative since it was our first time. The food is excellent and the drinks are strong. It's a little pricey, but when you factor in the variety of choice meats and unique dining experience, it's a win.
we went to there with another couple and that couple preferred their meats med well as opposed to our med. one of the meat servers said he would bring back 2 sirloin or filets, cooked med well, as he only had med rare. he said "2 minutes". it actually took closer to 10 and i'm not even sure that the same server came back! our female server was very very pleasant, but when i finally received another wine glass size of ice tea...there was no ice, and she didn't bring the extra lemons that i had asked for. i received extra lemons for the 1st wine glass size of tea...which brings me to another beef. ice tea in a wine glass? and if it's full of ice, you can finish that thing in about 10 sips! i believe ice tea should be served with ice, in a larger glass, IMHO. oh! the biggest issue was the fact that 2 soup bowls were left on the table and weren't cleared until right before we got our checks! i guess it's common practice for patrons to continue using their salad plates as their meat plates? i don't know...but that's what we 4 had to do. the food is always delish there.
