Apparently, we had trouble communicating. I asked for my baked potato on a plate by itself. It came out on the plate with the steak. The steak was supposed to be medium with a peppercorn sauce. It came out super rare and no peppercorn sauce. And,my baked potato had no butter.
My server told me it was all the kitchens fault, that she didn’t cook it. I’ll give her that. The food was brought out by I guess what they call a runner. My server didn’t show up until I had my food for more than five minutes. We talk about no peppercorn sauce, no butter, and the potato being on the plate with the steak. She said I’ll be right back. More than five minutes later she shows up with the butter and the peppercorn. At this point, my steak is not exactly warm anymore, however I didn’t complain. I just hoped for the best. I added my peppercorn and cut into my steak. I then realize it’s bleeding and looking back at me... So instead of complaining again, I just ate my veggies and my bread. The steak was cold and not worth eating. I paid my ticket via the mobile device on the table. Just for the record, I did give the server a 15% tip.
It seems like to me that Texas Roadhouse is so concerned with getting people in and out that they have lost focus on taking care of the customer while they’re actually there. I understand it gets busy. But paying close to $50 for a meal that I basically couldn’t eat, and getting attitude back from the server... That’s just unacceptable.
You guys need to work on your Customer Service skills and focus on the details. I had a terrible experience from beginning to end. I will not be coming back to this location.

You're walking into a steakhouse and you better be prepared for lots of noise. Who was great make sure they understand how well done you want your steak tell him not to burn it

We happened to go on a night with probably 30 birthdays. The people we were with made it worthwhile.

I love Texas Roadhouse for their rolls and their affordable but still very tasty steak. The only thing I don't love is how noisy it is. But I go for the food, not the table conversation.

Great restaurant in town 5 out of 5!
I took my family to Texas Roadhouse on Thursday 07/10 at 3 pm. A lot of people already were waiting in line for the door to be opened.
Everyone were so nice and friendly at restaurant. The food were tasty and great price for the amount of food we get.
Looking forward to go back soon!
