We went with the 3 car pile up and shared. Neither one of us finished our half! This is enough for like 3 people! It's a plate-sized pancake topped with shredded hashbrowns, homestyle potatoes, scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, cheese and 2 huge biscuits smothered in sausage gravy. It was so good!! Jennifer was our waitress for our first time at the Big Biscuit and she was outstanding! She gave us wonderful brunch recommendations and was super sweet and attentive.
