The manager Amy was EXTREMELY rude. Part of our food order wasn't good at all. I called to ask for a partial refund and the manager was rude and dismissive. She hung up on me when I asked when the refund would be issues. When I called back she did not apologize for it. She never acknowledged any wrong doing. Our wing(which are almost $16 per order and we got 2 orders) were dry, chewy, and overcooked. I. All our order was $70 and not even worth $5. Between the food and customer service it was the worst experience and this location has SEVERELY gone down hill. I used to go to the brooke at least once a month. My past 4 experiences with both dine in and togo have been worse and worse. This was the last chance. After this the Peoria location will not receive my business or any further recommendations from me. DO NOT GO HERE! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

The Brook on south Peoria is still the best of the two to me ! The Brook downtown is iffy.

I went with friends, and they loved it; however, all I could eat with my allergies was steamed veggies. They were still cold lime they had been frozen. It's not a place to go if you have any allergies, BUT the server was very nice to check for me.

Vanguard Chiropractic here. My wife and I usually go to 5 Guys when we want a burger but decided to try The Brook on a whim and we loved our burgers. We won’t eat a burger unless we are enjoying one together so it’s somewhat of a date night thing, so it’s unfortunate when we don’t get good burgers. That definitely was not the case at The Brook! Very happy. Thank you!

Was seated, 10 minutes no drinks no interaction, hostess was on her phone while another was sweeping. Plenty of servers walked by without checking on us left after 15 minutes.
