The Brook Restaurant and Bar

I’ve been a loyal fan of The Brook for years and frequently visit all three locations, with the 91st Street spot being the closest to me. Unfortunately, this will likely be my last visit to this location. The service made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Our server took our order, but someone else brought our food, and she never checked on us again, even though she was attentive to every other table around us. We wanted to order alcoholic beverages but had to flag down another waitress just to ask. When we presented our valid Texas IDs, we were accused of having fake IDs solely because they were out-of-state. My significant other and I both graduated in Texas and have legitimate Texas IDs. Despite this, we were refused service. It’s disheartening to say this, but I can’t help but feel that our experience was influenced by the fact that we’re Black. The treatment we received was unfair, and it’s not reflective of the hospitality I’ve come to expect from The Brook.

There can be times that this place is very busy, but it's just because the food is so good. The entree portions tend to be large, but it's absolutely okay if you decide you want to share a plate with someone if you aren't hungry for a large serving. Prices are very reasonable for the size of the meals.

Always a great spot! Katja is an absolute BOSS bartender and the food was amazing as always. Fav spot to eat in Tulsa!

If you want oversized portions of low quality diner food it might be your spot. All the food was so bland! Everything about this place is uninspired. With so many great food options nearby it was hard not to feel disappointed

The food and sports bar atmosphere were great! The portions were amazing for the price and the food was all very good. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the mixed drinks could use some work.

My daughter and I had lunch here. She ordered the Mac and cheese with blackened chicken. I ordered the fish and chips. Both orders were hot and fresh and arrived to our table fast. Our server was an absolute doll and every time I looked through the kitchen window the cooks were smiling ear to ear. It was an absolute vibe and I will continue to recommend this restraint to all my friends.
