We arrived at 3:15 in the afternoon and was very disappointed with everything. The staff was doing their best to keep us informed about our drink situation that didn’t happen until after we had eaten our salad and halfway through our entree. We are generally flexible and forgiving diners—but this place grossed out all four of us. We walked into The Bros. Houligan ready to enjoy a meal, but the strong chemical cleaner smell hit us immediately. It was overwhelming and not the kind of “clean” that feels fresh—more like a warning sign. We’ve been going to Bros Houligan for years and lately some of the service has been subpar but forgivable. But tonight was the worst service/meal we have received from any restaurant in years. Multiple orders wrong, undercooked meat, overcooked meal, half the table got their food after everyone else had finished, missed a meal all together, and then asked if they still wanted it.
