Chalkboard remains a family favorite for special occasions. It is ... elegant. Our waiter has waited on us several times over the years, which seems to be a strong testimonial by itself. The menu features options for everyone's palette. One of our party had the filet, has before, and noted the consistency of quality between the two steaks. Two in the party had salmon pasta dish and commented on how the pasta did not get overwhelmed with the salmon flavor, retaining its own...
We went to The Chalkboard for a date night and had such a great experience. The food was absolutely amazing, the service was excellent, and our server was friendly, attentive, and made the night even better. The atmosphere was quiet, welcoming, and had the perfect vibe for a relaxed date night. We will definitely be back!
We had a little weekend getaway from the kids and had our date night dinner here. It's was worth every penny. I ordered the pan seared fish, which happened to be the Sea Bass, and it was outstanding. My husband ordered a medium rare filet and it was cooked to perfection. We will definitely come back here. Definitely 5 stars.
