Our first time to go. We drove 30 minutes out of way to go. I had always heard that it was a little pricey but excellent so we thought we would try it. Very first impression was made by the hostess. She was not friendly. She wasn't rude but she never smiled, she spoke so softly it was difficult to communicate with her. She was not prepared for us to not have our phones on us to notify us that our table was ready. She did seem slightly annoyed that we didn't have them. Guest service and hospitality does not seem to be an industry she is comfortable with. Honestly, none of the staff seemed friendly. They weren't rude but not welcoming. The place wasn't very clean. The women's bathroom was out of toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls and the trash was overflowing. We had intended on taking home a piece of cheese cake but opted out because we just didn't feel like it would be worth the price based on the rest of our experience. I doubt that any of this meets Cheesecake Factory's standard. My guess would be that the management team at this location is less than excellent. Needless to say, the next time we go to treat ourselves to some place a little special, it will not be Cheesecake Factory in Tulsa.

The food was great...but it took 40 minutes to arrive after we ordered. Thankfully we were visiting with friends so the wait didn't bother us. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Also Dakota did a great job explaining the 152 things on the menu.

Always good food. It can be a long wait on the weekend but you know the food is going to be worth the wait.

This was our first visit to a Cheesecake Factory and sadly it was so bad we won't be going back. The building looks really neat and the decor was nice but the silverware was dirty and not just water spot dirty like it had dried one paper on one of the forks dried on food on another. We both got burgers which were $20 each but we knew prices would be high. The wait for out food was way way to long. They wasn't busy so not sure why it took so long. When we did get our food it was lack luster at best. Probably some of the worst burgers we have had in a very long time. A mcdouble from McDondals on a bad day has more taste and flavor that was was served to us. The side of ranch we got (because even though mine was supposed to have it on the burger they left it off) had a weird taste and hours later we still can't get out of our mouths. Living an hour and a half away we was excited to finally try this place and we left very disappointed. One bright spot though was the tower truffle cake. One slice was huge and more then the two of use could finish but it was soooo good. While a desert alone isn't enough to bring us back we might if we are in the area again have lunch/dinner someplace else and get a dessert from here to go.

Food was amazing. Fast service as well. Our drinks didn't take long to get. The server we had was on top of everything, even though they were packed.

Such a big menu with so many delicious choices. We had orange chicken (scrumptious) and rice (needs work), spaghetti and meatballs (yummy) and pasta alfredo (also delicious). They have one of the best cheeseburgers! For dessert, try their carrot cake (out of this world) and we tried their new peachy cheesecake (bound to be a new favorite for everyone.
