Deangelo was the best server we’ve ever had, amazing personality and had great recommendations. He’s 5 star! Sweet corn tamale cakes were delicious and of course had to get the pineapple upside down cheese cake!

I celebrated my birthday at The Cheesecake Factory, and DeAngelo made the experience absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we were seated, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He greeted us with the warmest smile, took the time to go over the menu, and even recommended a few of his favorite dishes—which were spot on!
When he found out it was my birthday, he made me feel so special, bringing out a beautifully presented dessert with candles and His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care made the evening so memorable.
Thank you, DeAngelo

We recently dined at the Cheesecake Factory and had the pleasure of being served by DeAngelo. His service was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect.
DeAngelo was incredibly attentive, quickly addressing our requests with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm. Our drinks were always topped off, and our food came out perfectly. He made thoughtful recommendations and truly seemed invested in making sure we had the best time.
It’s rare to encounter someone so passionate and efficient in customer service, and DeAngelo exceeded all expectations. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your server, you’re in for a fantastic experience. Thank you, DeAngelo, for making our visit unforgettable!

It's expensive dining, and we don't go often, but we still enjoy to eat her once in a while. Last time we celebrated friends birthday here, our server was amazing. And the atmosphere is fitting and food was good.

Restaurantji Recommends
August 23, 2007. Where does time go? I remember watching this restaurant being built, and I knew—without a shred of doubt—that it was going to be a Cheesecake Factory. Why would I think otherwise? If I see a Jiffy Lube, should I assume they’re also plating up gourmet pasta? Let’s not kid ourselves.
It wasn’t until recently that I realized I’d never actually explored their menu. So, I asked my wife and kids to join me in finally seeing what this place had to offer.
First things first: The interior is genuinely beautiful. It’s been 17 years, yet the space still feels polished and impressive—like time decided to skip over it.
Once seated, I opened the menu and was immediately struck by how much I’d been missing out on. The selection is extensive but not chaotic, with a simplified version available for those less inclined to culinary overthinking. It took us a while to decide; we wanted variety, and variety takes time.
Now, here’s where I’ll admit to a small social experiment. I suggested we all order water. It’s often said that waitstaff can size up a customer’s spending habits based on drink choices. Would our server’s demeanor shift? Would the water glasses grow mysteriously dry?
To his credit, professionalism held firm. He was patient, attentive, and our waters never sat empty.
While waiting for our food, I decided to inspect the restrooms. Much like the dining area, they’re well-designed and visually appealing. However, they were in need of a thorough cleaning. Let’s just say the area around the urinals could’ve been less… hydrated, and the sinks, though stylish, deserved a bit more elbow grease.
Back at the table, our server remained consistent—water refills steady, demeanor unbothered.
Then the food arrived. And it looked great. My Four Cheese Pasta with Shrimp was inviting, and every dish at our table carried that same visual appeal. But here’s where things took an unexpected turn: why did I just have some of the best Korean Fried Chicken at a Cheesecake Factory? My wife’s plate became an impromptu sampling platter, and every bite confirmed it—we know Korean food, and this was good.
My oldest son declared his burger the 8th best burger he’s ever had—a very specific ranking, but he stands by it. My younger son, meanwhile, was happily occupied with his fried shrimp.
Overall, the experience surpassed our expectations. The food was excellent, but it was the service that truly stood out. Despite our water-only table, our server never faltered in his professionalism or care.
I hope the tip we left sent a clear message—one louder than our drink order—and reminded him that good service is always appreciated, regardless of what’s in the glass.
Thank you.

So if you have any health issues that REQUIRE your food to be gluten free, do not go the Tulsa Cheesecake Factory. I ordered Steak Diane. I specifically stated “gluten free due to allergy” because when you say I have celiac, no one takes you seriously. Waitress brings out 3 steak Diane’s. “ this one is cooked medium, this one is gluten free, and this one is cooked medium rare “. I get 3/4 the way through my “so call gluten free” there is a gluten noodle mixed in with my food. I immediately stopped eating. I informed the waiter as soon as he came to the table. “ I am so sorry. Let me comp your food”. What should have happened is a manager comes over to the table. Clearly the managers at the Tulsa Cheesecake Factory do not care about the customer because not one time did one so much as look my way. I DONT WANT FREE FOOD!!! I WANT TO BE ABLE TO EAT A MEAL WITHOUT THROWING UP FOR DAYS AND HAVING AN UNCONTROLLABLE MIGRAINE. Free food isn’t the answer! A manager that teaches the staff how to safely prepare a meal for someone with an allergy / health issue should have been the answer!!

Girls at front when we 1st walked in was so rude..we turned around an left
I was deeply disappointed with my to-go order from The Cheesecake Factory today. I expected the same quality of food that I've enjoyed in the restaurant, but what I received was far from it.
The chicken tenders I ordered for my children were practically inedible—hard as a rock and impossible to chew. It's frustrating to order something simple and kid-friendly only to have it come out so poorly prepared.
The lettuce wraps were equally bad. The lettuce was wilted and unappealing, far from fresh, and the chicken was hard, completely unseasoned, and frankly disgusting. It felt like no care or effort went into the preparation of these dishes.
Burned and unappetizing food is unacceptable, especially for the price The Cheesecake Factory charges.I paid $108.00 for lunch for 5. I don't mind paying more for quality, but this was a total letdown. I think the quality was so poor because I ordered the food to go. If I had dined in, I would have sent everything back to be prepared properly. I will think twice before ordering from here again.
