I've been twice, once to pick up and one dine in, the food is overpriced but good. My dad got a steak and asked for it well and unfortunately it was very pink and he couldn't eat after. Servers are pretty nice. For pick up I walked in and walked to the back and was looking at the tickets while I wait for someone. After a few minutes of being ignored by waiters I went to grab mine and was rudely snapped at by who I believe was a manager demanding to know what I was doing and attempted to swipe the bag away in which I abruptly informed it was my order and showed her the confirmation. She then rudely told me "next time ask!" Haven't been back since. Door dashed the cheesecake a few times so I didn't have to see the manger again

Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Nice to see impossible burger options. I had a great Americana burger, but fries weren't good at all. However, I stole a sweet potato fry off another plate and it was so good.Servers and hostesses were very friendly, and while we had a party of 15 and no reservation, the wait wasn't as long as I've seen elsewhere. Service seemed a bit slow, but the kids had a great time.

Slow, anxiety producing experience. Very crowded. Slow service. Wrong order. Etc. We somehow thought there was vegan gluten free products and not really. Very expensive. Not worth it. The manager was kind enough to comp the wrong part of the order. Still, with the prices, I don't know how we'll use it, but that was very decent of her. ?

There is quite a long wait for a table of two. The hostess wasn’t bad, but was not friendly. It was about a 15 minute wait for a table for two, and the table they sat us had been empty for quite a while. I’m sure it had to do with server capacity. The food was was fine, not amazing. I had the macaroni and cheese cheeseburger. I ended up eating the macaroni and cheese separate from the burger. The fries were really hot and fresh, and taste great! My daughter had this spicy cashew chicken, and it was spicy! We ordered cheesecake to go. It was packaged well with silverware so we could eat it back at the hotel. We had the crab and cheese dip with Cini‘s for an appetizer, that’s pictured, it had a really good flavor to it!
