Breakfast Buffet was not necessarily a large buffet but it was good. I’m trying to eat healthier food. Plenty of fresh fruit and juices. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, breads, muffins, and bagels.

Amber is such a gem! Better than your average buffet at a Springhill/Residence Inn! The food is kept hot, waffle makers are available, and options for whatever you fancy. The star of the experience was Amber, who went above and beyond to provide local dining options and things for us to do while in Tulsa! This woman deserves a raise!

I attended the Wizard World conference at the Renaissance Hotel today and attempted to eat lunch at the grill. I say "attempted" because my meal never arrived. Three meals were ordered, one cold meal arrived an hour later so I cancelled the entire order and asked for a refund. The bar and grill did not staff up for having a large convention this weekend and the kitchen was running far behind. The friendly bartender who was waiting my table offered to ask the manager to speak with us. The manager (assistant GM of the hotel, I believe) was rude and condescending - she helpfully informed us that this was a hotel. I've grudgingly made the review two stars instead of one only because there was a miscalculation in estimated business (there was another sci-fi convention at the hotel last year which had many food trucks - they expected the same this year and didn't staff up, but there were only two food trucks this year).
