I come here most every day for the fresh coffee and amazing service- both Jessica and Deana are the most knowledgeable baristas I've had the pleasure of knowing. They are constantly working, handling high pressure situations with grace and accuracy and are both so fun to talk to! Hopefully one of them are working when you come in!!!!!

Ordered the non-meat breakfast burrito (had eggs, cheese, red pepper, black beans, corn...) and it was divine. The two women working there were incredibly nice and helpful. 10/10 experience.

Coffee was watered down I had to ask for an extra shot which meant $1.63 more plus tax. I also had a banana bread. It wasn’t good either this used to be one of my favorite places. The banana bread was excellent and coffee was good not anymore. The atmosphere is still very nice. It’s not cheap though I don’t mind paying high prices if the quality is good.

Garrick and Jeff are always incredibly attentive and pleasant. They're anticipatory of my needs, like any of the best members of the service industry. I've been coming to the Mark for nearly 7 years, and I love it. It's always a nice treat to see these folks.
Friendly people , foods are great.

Coffee shop that can't make hot drinks... otherwise known as "coffee" seems ridiculous. But that's what I was told
The hotel is so beautiful. I love how they’ve carefully honored its history while adding modern flare. The staff are over the top accommodating. Especially Maria, who helped me and my family out after I had made a mistake when booking. Great hotel!!
I had a lavender lemonade and a chicken quesadilla yesterday and a strawberry lemonade refresher today, AMAZING. The gentlemen who was working today is so sweet and friendly! I work at a corporate Starbies and I’m super impressed with their skills here! I love it! It’s such a cute little place to grab coffee or food. I’ve heard their alcoholic drinks are awesome too. This was such a gem to find! The gentleman who made my drink today should get a raise, he’s got some awesome customer service and was super patient with my questions! ???

I travel often to Tulsa to pick up my daughter and then drop her off, stayed one night at the Mayo first time, arrived late at night and had to fly early in the morning, I forgot my diamond earrings on the bed and realized 10 minutes after I left, I called front desk immediately and the guy didn’t care, basically told me to send an email and they’d contact me if they found them. I trusted him because every hotel saves or mails forgotten stuff, even tho he was not helpful I emailed before boarding my plane. I told him where exactly I left them, nobody responded to my email, I emailed again and again even offered them a reward, finally someone emailed back and said they had been calling me and no earrings were found. Another review on here say they forgot their shoes and weren’t allowed to re enter the room to get them, so fully confirms that they just steal their guests forgotten items! Who manages this place? Wonder if they know or if the owner knows too! I liked the hotel and even made a cute TikTok advertising it…. I’m so disappointed and will never stay at it again. Last week when I dropped off my daughter I stayed somewhere else. Bunch of thieves! Rude front desk!

We had been on the road for 5 days and were ready to relax. Decided to eat at The Mark restaurant inside of The Mayo and that is where we met Bill, working the evening shift. Bill was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. He was a wealth of information about the area and the hotel itself. Bill is the reason we came back, again, for dinner at The Mark on our second and last night in Tulsa. The Mayo is a great place to stay, and employees like Bill are the reason why we always come back.
Parking: Valet service is great; very friendly and helpful.

Timeless Luxury amazing great experience. Gracious staff. Smells like fresh cut flowers. Make memories you won’t forget or regret. Will be back many more times if live provides the opportunity! Bring a camera.
This place was a sad disappointment. The room was grungy, smelled off and had a strange vibe. It was spacious but there was an off putting noise coming from a locked room, the sleeper sofa had no bedding and looked like it would be a torture device. We left the hotel after eating at a mediocre gift shop/take and go coffee shop which was the only food option. We gave our keys back to the front desk without compensation but just couldn’t stay. We asked for a credit but they said they couldn’t accommodate us which didn’t seem right. We ended up staying at a different nearby hotel which was wonderful.
Wow what a great find. A gem. Coffee was excellent. The gentlemen who waited on us has a lot of knowledge about the Mayo. You can walk around and visit the lobby and go to the rooftop bar. Worth it, go!!

Disclaimer- We stayed at the Mayo Hotel only one night. Pros- The hotel is beautiful and timeless. The lobby is picturesque. The rooftop bar was awesome! The room we had was bigger than we thought it would be. We thought the staff was very friendly and helpful (Maria was great)!! Valet parking was great ($30 overnight) Unlike other reviews, we did not feel like we were a burden when we asked for help. It’s location is very convenient to a lot of things. Room: Very comfortable bed and a huge walk in shower. They have ihomes next to the beds that you can charge you phone on without a cord. Keurig and plenty of coffee with nice signature mugs. Robes provided as well. My only con would be that there minor things that appear to be dated like the hallways and it can be noisy but the air in the room helped with the noise.
