Excellent food and service! ❤️😋
Did a tour only and I am highly impressed with the club, great membership-only private club- one day
Great place to go if you’re a customer. As an employee they will rip you off. Nobody has to tip and Summit charges a surcharge of 18% that goes to company. It’s very misleading. You can go elsewhere and make much more money than at Summit. Waste of time as a bartender. McDonald’s employees make more than Summit employees. Until they change their policies I wouldn’t recommend working at this establishment.
Beautiful definitely worth the visit!
We loved hosting our annual conference with the Summit Club. The staff was incredible and so helpful, and the space was everything we needed and more.
Nick is the greatest host I’ve ever encountered.
Always the best place to dine at with my family. 🫶🫶
Food is boring, the only people who really go there are people who agree with project 2025, judgmental management who picks favorites, I can name at least three folks who were fired in a very unethical way, the list goes on. Haven't stepped foot near it in a few months, can't stop hearing bad things about it from the general public. Do not support if you have a conscious.
Had the chance to eat at The Summit and it was quite the experience. The only way to eat here is you either have to be a member or be the guest of a member. There are two restaurants TH1RTYONE Kitchen on the 31st floor and The Penthouse on the 32nd floor. We ate at The Penthouse. For drinks, I enjoyed a hot toddy, which was really good. My partner had a hot tea with honey - he enjoyed it. Mae waited on us and she was absolutely fabulous! For an appetizer, we had the tuna tacos. Those were fabulous. I also ordered the warm spinach salad, which was scrumptious. For dinner, my partner had the duck and I had the ribeye. They were both delicious. My favorite part of my dish was the Brussels sprouts - they were so good! For dessert, we both had a affogato. It was a nice finish to a lovely evening. If you have the opportunity to check this place out, do. Nothing beats the view!
It took me so long but I just kept on climbing till I reached the pinnacle and wow was it worth it. This Summit was breathtaking

Absolutely beautiful amazing food and staff
Went for a wedding...staff were amazing!
30th Floor for a Reunion. In my opinion the food was good. Prime Rib (they ran out), no horse radish to be found, Salmon (they ran out). Carrots, green beans, salad, bread, butter. Desserts were cakes andbcheese cake, all good but similar to industrial from SAMS Club. Service was good, attentive when flagged down. Some help spoke little, if any, English. Two cash bars with sinfully outrageous drink prices (and I got short changed twice) We paid $105 per person, and we're still wondering where the rest of the experience is.
What a view from the 30th floor!
