Second visit at this establishment. When asked by other about the food or drinks, I have always given very good reviews. And as far as the overall experience, again nothing but good reviews. I was excited to bring more guests with me on this visit and show them exactly how good this establishment is. I had raved about the “Strip Steak for 2”....... And this is where I was disappointed with this experience. I had looked at the menu several times prior to the reservation because I knew some dishes were only served on certain days or at certain times. I saw that the “Strip Steak for 2” was only served after 5 pm, no problem reservation was for 5:45. When we arrived, our group was greeted and shown to our table, appetizers and drinks ordered, all delicious. When we began to order the entrées, we were told that they were not serving the “Strip Steak for 2” today. (This was a Sunday btw) All were disappointed, especially myself, I was excited for the ones in my group to try this delicious dish.. so decisions had to be made (two couples in our group were going to order that dish)... Now everyone at the table order an entrée different from the other, and everyone was very pleased.. I'm in no way giving a bad review, our meals were amazing!!!Just disappointed that I had raved about that meal and no one in our party was able to try it..... There is always next time and there will be a next time!!! Oh and I had the pork chop, amazing!

we sat on the north west side and i am very cold natured. It was so hot we were all sweating like pigs. I will never let them seat me there again next to the windows. However, on a good note, food was fabulous along with the wait staff.

This evening we hosted a quartet from out of town.. we had 14 in our group!! The Tavern accommodated us very nicely .. our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Everyone raved about the food and cocktails ?

Good food - it was really hot and cooked to order! Service above par and the atmosphere looked like a genuine pub. cool place!

Really lovely and fun decor and a pretty comfy booth. I honestly didn't have terribly high expectations checking the menu online (was afraid of a hoity toity overpriced concept with nothing to show for it) but BOY was I surprised. I had the tavern burger and it may be one of the best burgers I've had in my entire life. It was understated and mellow how the flavors of the mushroom cream sauce and Stilton complemented one another but it was stunningly good. The salt level was also surprising; it was salt forward without being too salty, in my opinion, which just brought out all the flavor in the excellent meat cooked a perfect medium. And the fries were my favorite skinny style. All around, I was a happy camper. My aunt was with me and she made a meal of the poutine appetizer (made with filet mignon y'all). She was very, very pleased. And the staff was so friendly and sociable. I felt incredibly well taken care of and very comfortable. Highly recommend and will certainly come back next time I'm in town.

My hobby is photographing neon signs and I looked this place up to confirm they had a neon sign and saw the photos of their french fries and I thought those had to be good. Well it turns out they were as good as I had expected love these kind of skinny fries.

Food used to be really good at The Tavern but my last couple of experiences have shown a real decline in quality. Ordered the pork chop which was literally 75% fat and the jalapeño corn bread muffin was dry and stale; both were inedible. Not sure what has changed in the last 12 months or so but the food is not the same and now is WAY overpriced for what you get. $150 for 3 of us and that’s with only one cocktail and two of us drank waters. Very disappointing.

Food was excellent. Fish was crunchy and well cooked. The “chips” were shoestring fries, which were cooked expertly. Drinks were freshly made and enjoyed with gusto. Definitely a perfect place for drinks and a meal before the evenings entertainment.

Great food! Can't wait to go back... the Pumpkin Campanelle was one of the best dishes I have ever had.

Our server was amazing! Super sweet, courteous and personable. Maddie is a breath of fresh air. My only criticism and it’s a huge disappointment, was the drinks made by the bartender Amelia (yes i asked for her name). I order three different basic cocktails and each tasted like rubbing alcohol. If you are a “tavern” your drinks should be on point. It’s unfortunate that’s wasn’t possible in 3 separate drink orders.

Only been here a few times but the burger is so very good, definitely in my personal top 3 best dine-in burgers. Atmosphere is great, modern, vintage, but still a bit casual. The angry Mac & cheese is also so very good! Oh and let us not forget the bacon popcorn! Yum yum!Love this place and I need to go more often!

Great place for lunch. Both of our meals were delicious and took home enough for another meal. Great location and atmosphere.

It was pretty good. A bit pricier than I was expecting but I can see how it would be a great date or special event place in the evening. We went after the FC Tulsa game and I wasn't anticipating a $90 meal. But the food was good. A friend in the group and I split the strip steak which was $75-ish bucks and with one drink and a $13 appetizer it was about $78 bucks plus tip. Our waitress was a little slammed. It was also first Friday and first soccer game and a Friday night so we got seated quickly but my friends ordered another round that didn't show up. Which was fine, it was super late at that point so they didn't raise a fuss. All in all I'd definitely recommend eating there, just be prepared to shell out a bit more dough. It's not fine dining but it's definitely classier than others. Worth a visit for sure!

Well sought out and chill vibe place. Can get pretty packed from what I hear but it's a good spot

The atmosphere is Pleasant, and the service was indeed excellent. However, the food was not what I expected. There was nothing that we tried that had the “wow” factor. Not much noticeable flavor. Admittedly, I was a little bit concerned when they brought ketchup out to the table. When you add in and include the cost, it significantly devalues the experience.
