☹️ Tonight, we waited for quite some time to get water (did not receive my ice tea until after the food arrived). Then more time to order. I watched others get their food before us. At an hour we were about to walk out when the food FINALLY arrived. We had ordered the same as the night before BUT,,, It was slightly over-cooked and the portion was LESS. WHY? We had to ask for silverware & napkins. The servers seemed not to care and we're not friendly. The place was busy but not overly busy. No discounts or apologies offered. Not impressed. 😠 We won't be back.

Very sub-par service. The server paid more attention to tables that had alcoholic beverages, had to wait 20 minutes to get our check. Not very friendly of an atmosphere.

Ordered salsa and chips . Just picante salsa. Ordered a hamburger. Out pickels and hamburgers. No refills on drinks. No napkins .ketchup at table was out..service was very slow wasnt busy Waitress didnt know the menu said she has only worked 5days..didn't know anything about specials

It is a strange experience to be sure. We have eaten here several times now. The food has always been excellent but the service is consistently and painfully slow. Today we were seated and nobody even talked to us for more than 30 minutes and we kept track on our phone for the time as it became a joke after awhile. My wife finally got tired and waved down a busboy to find out waitress. The servers are very nice and gracious, I just don't think they are set up well or have any idea which tables are theirs. We noticed that our waitress had been to the two tables next to us during our wait but never bothered to see if we had been helped. I also don't think they have sections but instead have to wait on tables scattered throughout the restaurant. Not sure who set it up that way but it ain't working. Like I said though the food has been very good.

We were there on the Friday night of the truck show Slamboree. We were sat a booth next to the band. They were great! Loved watching the couples dance. The food was good. The service was HORRIBLE. With our meal, we also ordered a beer and a mix drink. When someone finally showed up with the beer but not the mix drink, we were well into our meal. Not once did anyone check on us or refill our water and tea. Not sure what happened ..
