Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They rarely answer the phone if you want to place an order. When they do answer it’s a toss up whether or not your order will have been started 30 minutes later when you arrive. And the food quality and consistency is very hit or miss. It seems they don’t mind if you take your business elsewhere, which is what I’d recommend doing.

Coffee bean yummy! Along with the breakfast burrito I had too. I love going to a coffee shop and they offer a good bean. They had a medium roast Ethiopian wash process that was so good. I enjoyed the atmosphere and they had good WiFi. The industrial vibe was very fitting. My type of coffee

Overall a decent coffee place. We have been here before and thought the coffee was good and went again a year later and wasn’t as good as it was before. We live in a place that sells Onyx beans so we are familiar with the taste and something seemed off. The atmosphere of this place is very chill and usually quiet. Service was decent and friendly but quickly received our drinks although it wasn’t super busy.

Atmosphere is pretty ehh. Not a lot going on.The coffeee is onyx coffee which is amazing but for some reason it wasn’t nearly as good. Not going to give it less than 4 still. The saving grace was the friendly service and decent prices.Atmosphere could be a bit more lively but it’s also 10am on a Saturday. It just felt empty even with a lot of people in side.Would go again butttt hopefully our drink won’t be as bad.

Yummy coffee in the downtown setting. It's the top rated coffee place in town, and it's good. But we preferred Topeca Coffee. Service was great and quiet. I enjoyed their dirty chai coffee with almond milk.

Nice coffee shop in downtown Tulsa. I would give it five stars if the cappuccino was really a cappuccino instead of a latte. But it was good. So was the cookie.

Awesome spot with great coffee and food, and friendly staff. I got the vegan burrito, which was probably the most delicious breakfast burrito I've had - the flavors and texture were all showing up!! I also got a cortado, and the latte art was so pretty and the coffee tasted great. Highly recommended!

I've been a loyal customer at Origin Coffee/Triangle for years, drawn in by their delicious burritos. I used to routinely order several burritos for myself and friends whenever I visited. When they're at their best, Origin's burritos are really good - flavorful fillings wrapped in a warm, freshly grilled tortilla. However, since Origin's merger, the burrito quality has become wildly inconsistent, ranging from great to extremely poor. The service has also declined. I've ordered online 30 minutes ahead of arriving, only to find out they haven't even started preparing my order when I get there. This has happened to me multiple times recently. It's disappointing when a once reliably delicious meal now feels like a total gamble each visit, with quality ranging from excellent to terrible. I no longer feel I can count on Origin to deliver a good product or good service. So unfortunately, I don't think I'll be going back to Origin anymore. Instead, I'll be taking my burrito cravings to Foolish Things, where the burritos are more consistently tasty and the customer service is far better. Here's hoping Origin can get back on track one day, but for now Foolish Things has won my burrito business.

I have been here twice. It was recommended for their breakfast burrito which we did enjoy. The coffee is very good but not as good as Onyx Coffee Lab who makes and serves the same brand. I just can't drive to Arkansas for my daily coffee. I will visit again.

2 young ladies at the front taking orders were more interested in talking than taking my order, then they got the coffee wrong because they weren’t paying attention! Lastly made us wait behind all other orders before serving us.. Maybe skip this location and find one that has better service!

Cute coffee house in a great downtown Tulsa location. Dirty chai was fire as was the Florentine burrito.

One of my favorite coffee shops in downtown Tulsa. Great place to work from and a friendly staff. I work remotely and do so from restaurants and coffee shops throughout the downtown area. There are only a few places downtown that I consistently rely on and this is one of them.

I actually love this coffee shop, the coffee is really good when it's done right, the baked goods are amazing, and the space has such a wonderful energy. But the drinks are too inconsistent. The owner is amazing, some of the baristas cannot pull a good shot of espresso, don't pay attention to ratios, and straight up just gave me a one-shot drink instead of a two-shot drink (I can tell by the color and taste), and for some reason keep challenging me on my order. (An iced cortado. Unusual, yes, but not "I can't make that, I can make an iced latte". If you can make an iced latte, you can make an iced cortado. Same thing, less milk.)For $5/drink (cost + oatmilk), consistency is needed and the counter staff isn't bringing it to this amazing spot. Probably going to start just turning back around if I see one of the staffed baristas working.

The macchiato and americano were good. The atmosphere - ok (generally, nothing special). Long wait for the order to be done, and when it was brought - it turned out to be different than what I ordered. Another long wait.

This place is just ok to me. Nothing special to rave about. Came here on a visit to the city looking for something new to try. Their menu is very simple and doesn’t give anything unique to try. If you like your simple coffee then this place may be great for you. However, I like simple coffee yet felt even their syrup selection and taste was just ok.
