Sorry, the place needs to be closed down.. I wouldn't even rate it a one. As soon as you open the door, it smells horrible. The bathroom had a flood right outside. Definitely find another place to eat. We love tropical Smoothie, but this has been by far the worst one we have ever been to.

This is like the 5th time I’ve ordered and received a watered down smoothie and a little bit of salad. Literally wasted my 46 dollars again. And it’s always the crew from today. Thanks for wasting my money.
I asked for a mocha madness smoothie with added fat burner at the drive through. When I went to pay they wouldn’t break my $100 bill, but that’s not the biggest deal. After I got my receipt I noticed fat burner wasn’t added, so I told Tiffany at the window about it, and they remade it, but before they handed me my smoothes they made me pay for the fat burner AFTER I had already paid and after THEY made the MISTAKE. Poor customer service, won’t be coming back.
