Found a fly in my food 🤢🤢🤢 will never eat here again!! Like how did you not see the dead fly when wrapping my sandwich up? That is a health hazard and thank god my kids didn’t eat this. Feel like calling the health department. Let me also add that it was wrapped up with a sticker so no way fly could’ve got in there while in my possession. When I unwrapped my sandwich it was already there and dead on my sandwhich!!! I got my refund through DoorDash thankfully but won’t be ever eating here again.

So I left a review earlier stating that anytime I order food from this location via Grubhub that I never receive a receipt, and it’s frustrating because I miss out on getting my rewards points for my orders and have missed out on hundreds of points in the past because I didn’t feel like driving across town for a receipt. I also stated that I never have this issue at any other location besides this one and instead of taking accountability for not providing a receipt with my order, they say that receipts don’t print off for Grubhub orders and that all Tropical Smoothie locations have issues with this. They want to make me look like bad, so I tested their claims of other locations having this issue and placed another order VIA Grubhub at the south memorial location and as you will see in the picture below, I received a receipt for my order. What do you know! Receipt printed just fine and dandy.

I go into this particular tropical smoothie at least twice a week. I just went in there. I was being harassed from children like teenage children wanting money and I couldn’t get waited on at the counter and I had to leave then they said they couldn’t do anything about the people in there asking for money I feel like they could’ve asked them to leave. They have the right to refuse service to people and ask people to get out of their store.i asked for a manager but unfortunately, there was not one working . There was only one other customer there besides the kids coming in that
We’re asking for money. So I left felt very uncomfortable on top of no service Couldn’t get waited on

I really enjoy this place but I was here the other day for a total of 3 minutes and was harassed by a homeless woman begging me to apple pay her $20 then she proceeded to go off on me and call me a bunch of horrible names that I won’t repeat. All the employees who were working seemed young so I didn’t really think they could do much about the situation but I suggest monitoring the people in the waiting room a little better. I was honestly pretty freaked out as a young woman myself, I would hate for this to happen to someone else here.

They freeze the base in the smoothie bowls. So it made it more difficult to eat. The granola is in powder form and the peanut butter drizzle (i ordered double) was as skimpy as it comes. I understand having things prepped, but its supposed to be a smoothie bowl, not a popsicle in a bowl with various toppings.

I love the smoothies, I always get a Kiwi Quencher. This time I decided to get the greek yogurt bowl because I was craving a parfait & first bite I was very disappointed to taste that the honey they use is not real. ? It actually ruined the taste of the entire bowl. The smoothies are recommended but if you are looking for a smoothie, acai, or yogurt bowl, I would highly suggest looking into the local spots for quality. 3Natives is the only chain I would recommend because they use high quality ingredients.

First time eating here. The staff was pleasant and the food was good. Love smoothies and enjoyed the one I got from here (Bahama mama).
