Ordered at the counter for my first experience [normally use the app and go through the drive thru] Wait, get our order and there's a drink missing. The very first item I ordered was forgotten, not even on the receipt. Then my guest and I asked about edible straws, they haven't had them since 2024 October. Really miss those things. The other gal who came to see why we were still there and assisted us as the front counter guy disappeared.

Ordered a smoothie and a bowl. The smoothie was definitely not what I ordered but I went through the drive thru and could not turn around. But this is unacceptable and disgusting. I spent money for a bowl that isn't even supposed to be sold. Today is June 1st. Why is this still on the shelf? Way to expensive to be sold out of date products.

This is the worst location by far! They are so concerned about getting the food out quickly that there is no customer service, the atmosphere sucks and the orders are always wrong. Whenever I order a salad they forget my side, whenever I order the kids cheese & chicken quesadilla, I either don't get it or they don't make it with cheese 👀 I called up there to let them know that there was an issue with my order and I got hung up on. I guess because everything is on an app they don't really care about the customer experience. All other locations are better than this one!

I just left this tropical smoothie ordered a detox it was disgusting taste like watered down ginger brought it back took 10 minutes to get a refund when I didn't even get a receipt in the first place then when they finally gave me back my money didn't say a thing just drop the money in my hand and shut the window this is the atmosphere this is the company You're not getting my business I'll go somewhere else.

Warning: Avoid this place! I ordered a kids' chicken quesadilla and a smoothie through the drive-thru, and it took 10 minutes to get my food. While driving away, my child discovered there was no chicken on the quesadilla. Frustrated, I called the restaurant and had to drive back to get what I originally paid for. Once there, I had to go inside to retrieve my order. While waiting, I used the restroom and was horrified to see both baby and large roaches. It was absolutely disgusting and disturbing—no one should have to experience this. I spoke with the manager on duty, who admitted she was aware of the roach problem and mentioned they had already contacted an exterminator. I will NEVER eat at this establishment again.
I’ve been a regular customer at Tropical Smoothie, but today’s experience was the worst I’ve had. I went through the drive-thru, and it took forever for my order to be ready. I could see one of the employees inside just messing around on their phone instead of working, which was frustrating to watch while I waited. When I finally received my Greek yogurt bowl, it was obvious that no care had gone into it – it was sloppy and thrown together like an afterthought. If this is the direction their service is going, I’ll seriously reconsider coming back. I hope they address this lack of professionalism because loyal customers like me deserve better.
