This has been my go to Tropical Smoothie location for a long time. They have been going through some hiring difficulties and tonight must be a hard one because they only have two people.That being said, the woman on staff informed us of the wait, we accepted the time. We then watched her hustle through a party of twenty or so by herself, while the second employee cooked the food.She still served us with a pleasant attitude and the smoothies were delicious. WHAT A BALLER!!! I hope the owner reads this and time stamps it to see who was working. Big respect to them and they deserve a raise no matter what they’re making.3/10/24 at 6:30pm

You can wait for 20 minutes or so without anyone saying a word to you about your order. They also don't let you know when they're out of something nor do they substitute it, they just don't give it to you.Also when you go to pick up your order, pay close attention because they might put it in someone else's order pickup spot and you might be without food or a smoothie.

Been waiting for 30min for a order. When up to counter asked about the order and got ignored by multiple employees. I'm still here waiting. I know they see me just standing here waiting. Nobody asking what order I'm waiting for

The bowls are delicious, the oatmeal bowl with banana is my favorite, the yogurt bowl with strawberry ??? and the mango smoothie is delicious and not at all sweet. Fast and friendly service.

Horrible drink!!! Not sure what was missing but it was not edible. No way to get a refund in the app. Do better TS. No one wants a nasty drink!
I ordered a sunrise sunset smoothie only to be given a banana chia smoothie. I thought the colors were off so I googled to double check I wasn’t crazy and sure enough it wasn’t what I ordered. I am allergic to coconut. Thankfully I did not drink it and double checked but had I not this could have been a dangerous situation. When I went in to get it fixed I told them this could have been dangerous because I was allergic to coconut and they said “I’m sorry but they’re different colors” as if everyone knows what colors all their smoothies are. Plus if they’re different colors why did you give me the wrong color?? I won’t be back. How can I trust that there won’t be another accident? Double check your smoothies before drinking them.

Good smoothies and food but the wait is just not worth it. Whether they have 1 staff member or a full crew, it takes 30 minutes to get through the line for one smoothie. It’s like this every single time I go there. Hoping this changes soon and I’d go more often.
