I ordered lunch-to-go at the Pine and Peoria location today. While the wrap was Ok (would have been better with salsa, but was OK without), it came with a side. I ordered a banana. When I got back to my office and ate my wrap then pulled the banana out of the bag, 1/3 of the banana was gone! The end of it was brown from being uncovered and loose in the bag. Needless to say, it's in the trash and I won't be frequenting Tropical Smoothie again.
The customer service is HORRIBLE especially if you’re going through the drive thru. The young ladies who work the drive thru are not friendly. I used the drive thru & asked her to repeat the order because I could not understand what she was saying. I have did the surveys and the customer service gets worse each time I come there.
