I like to come here for my lunch break at work bc it's quiet and not busy. But it takes too long due to lack of staff when I'm on a time crunch. Management needs to have more people staffed at night time. Not the workers fault. But management needs to schedule more people.

The Acai bowls are frozen here, for a smoothie place that is awful. It literally takes like less than a minute to blend up the acai base! It's definitely not worth $10. It's mainly granola and some fruit and a frozen acai base. Horrible.

The woman couldnāt understand my order, ended up ordering the wrong thing and then charged us more money for food we didnāt order. Along with the fact we still didnāt get the right order. Not the first time I have had issues there, I will not be going back to this location. The people are just rude to costumers, and canāt solve the problems they caused.

I ordered lunch-to-go at the Pine and Peoria location today. While the wrap was Ok (would have been better with salsa, but was OK without), it came with a side. I ordered a banana. When I got back to my office and ate my wrap then pulled the banana out of the bag, 1/3 of the banana was gone! The end of it was brown from being uncovered and loose in the bag. Needless to say, it's in the trash and I won't be frequenting Tropical Smoothie again.

I got an AƧai bowl & it looked great. But was FROZEN TOTALLY SOLID! I asked the lady for a different one & she told me no & said thatās how they r supposed to be. It was solid like an ice cube, not blended frozen. I asked if she could blend if for me & she said no. Wonāt be going back here.
