Walked in and didn’t feel welcomed, workers continued chatting when I was ready to order. Didn’t ask what I wanted to order they just stared at me awkwardly… person in charge did put the workers in check so I appreciate whoever was in charge!

Terrible customer service. Walked in at 6:30pm and thought they were closing soon because of the atmosphere when I walked in (they actually closed at around 9pm). There were about 5 employees just standing there all looking at me and not one of them greeted me. I walked up to the counter and the girl behind the counter did not once make eye contact with me nor did she ask me what I would like to order. She was waiting for me to initiate the conversation. I was gonna order a food item and a smoothie but I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible because I did not feel welcomed at all.

Amazing customer service! Manager has an incredible memory, I’ve seen her greet customers by their names and recite their orders before they even get to the register. They aren’t perfect but they fix things no questions without hesitation and with comedy.

The food and smoothie were Awesome!
Customer Service, I was the only one there and the cashier wasn't helping me so another employee working the window came over to help. Then the cashier washed her hands after taking care of the trash, good!
But the tension inside with the employees you could cut with a knife. Very unpleasant to witness, not fair to the employees working. Need good vibes!

Absolutely ZERO customer service. Won’t return. I watched multiple customers place orders. Not one was greeted. Myself & the other customers had to greet the girl at the counter. A man had his name called, he walked up to grab his smoothie & said “thank you”. He was completely ignored. You would think these workers would stroke out if they offered a nice greeting. Zero stars if possible.

Detox island green smoothie was not Smooth enough to call a SMOOTHie. The ginger was still in chunks, might as well give me a Boba straw with it. Visually and tastes wise the worst detox island green I've tried. Overall experience negative.

The worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered at this location. Wont be back and you can tell the staff there does not care about the company image they wind-up poorly representing.
The customer ahead of me had their order mishandled, and I soon found myself in the same boat — waiting nearly 20 minutes for my drinks with no update or acknowledgment. When I was finally asked if I had received my order and said no, the oldest woman working there (possibly a supervisor) rolled her eyes with a deeply unpleasant expression and didn’t say a word — no apology, no accountability, nothing.
That attitude alone was upsetting, especially since I had remained patient. I asked for a partial refund, hoping they’d try to make things right, but they refused, and I admittedly didn’t leave quietly. Thought that would be the end of it. Instead, this same staff member follows me to the front of the store, stared me down in my car, and even exited the building to walk toward me while gesturing and laughing as I drove away.
At that point, the behavior went beyond rude or unprofessional — it felt antagonistic and inappropriate. I’ve never experienced anything like it from staff at any establishment. I hope management takes a serious look at how their team interacts with customers because they've already cost them a fair bit of business by the looks of similar reviews specifically citing the poor service.

I went on there to get some food and the employees gave me weird looks and didn't even spell my name right which my name is spelled Ian not ean terrible service when I asked what's new on the menu they said sorry were dealing with customers very rude and disrespectful

Tried it again, girlfriends drink came with a piece of an employee's hair extension wrapped around it.
They say they take sanitation seriously but don't.
Gonna let the health department know they need help.
Wonder how sanitary are the foods we like....

Didn’t even order I was standing there with lots in my hand and in the time I was in there one of out the three girls did nothing but stare and never came to take my order nor did anyone speak no I’ll be with you in just a minute just looks and silence .
Two girls at the front ignoring us, playing on their phones loudly showing each other things. Couldn’t accommodate a super small change on my order. Unhelpful and disrespectful. They need to not be on their phones in front of customers.

I ordered on the app for pickup. I got there a few minutes early, and they were still making the order. When they completed it, they took it to a family in the lobby, who opened all the food. They opened the items and saw that it was not what they ordered and took it back to the employees. The employee then re-wrapped it and placed it in the to go cubby.
I saw all this happen, and confirmed it was my order. I then took the food to the employee and requested they remake it since that family had been touching it. The employee stated they didn't touch it, but I explained that I saw it happen. She agreed to remake it and did, but when I got home, both of the flatbreads had hardly anything in them. I ordered the same thing I always do and know how much meat, and such should be inside them, and it was almost empty. Pretty much all flatbread. Won't be going back.
Just started going here. Smoothies are awesome
I ordered smoothies on the app, and I walked into the store. No one greeted me or acknowledged me, even though employees were walking around the store and around me. I was the only customer in the store with four employees—one making smoothies, one walking around, one in the back prepping items, and another up front looking at something else.
The one walking around finally came up to me and said, “What do you need?”
I told her, “I placed an order for pickup.”
Her: “Through DoorDash?”
Me: “It was on the app.”
Her: “It’s over there,” she said rudely and pointed to some boxes where I assumed pickup orders go.
I’d never done a pickup order at this location. I usually go to locations with a drive-thru, so I was unaware of their process.
Me: “Oh, okay, well, I ordered smoothies.” (No smoothies were over there.)
Her: “Well, when it’s ready, it’ll be over there,” she said even more rudely than before!
Me: “Oh, okay, well, I’m sorry.”
Her: (Gives a super mean look and whispers to Amy.)
I stood and waited, and Amy came to help me and hand me my smoothies. She was kind and made sure I was well taken care of. So I asked her name and told her that I would be writing a review, but I wanted to make sure it was clear that she was kind while everyone else was not—especially the woman I had the interaction with above.
Bad customer service is never okay! Especially in an empty restaurant!
