I always love tropical smoothie. This was my first time at the location and usually I go through the drive thru but we dined in this time. The only reason I gave a four-star in service was because they forgot my mom’s order. They are very kind and fix the problem quickly.
Overall great experience!
I ordered a breakfast wrap and a smoothie. First and foremost let me say they were both delicious.
The only negative here was the portion size of the wrap felt overall disappointing despite its taste.
The smoothie as always was awesome and the reason I continue to come back as frequently as I'm able.
My Chia Banana Boost was the worst one ever! Had absolutely no flavor! Bland! Tasted like crushed ice! Very disappointing!

Tropical I a go to spot for my family! The kiwi quencher wasn't how I remembered it, but needless to say everyone else enjoyed their smoothies!
They literally will have no customers and still have you sitting there waiting for half A hour . Some of us got stuff to do 😭
did not put nutella on my bowl which is supposed to be a nutella bowl. overall rude and disrespectful
My family and I went to this location yesterday and it was ridiculous. I was highly ticked off along with another gentleman that came through the drive thru got out his car and came in because his smoothie tasted like "Water". I don't know WHO these dudes were that was working there yesterday but I know they weren't the crew that I'm used to seeing during the week. I won't speak for all of them that were working on Saturday because I only dealt with two. First it all started after my wife placed our "Pair And Save" order online right before we walked in "which is what we normally order". So we get in there and a few minutes later"My Wife" smoothie was ready, then 15 minutes later our food came out. The issue came in when 'number one' we both had the "Santa Fe Chicken Dilla" and we noticed that they didn't put black beans on NON of our meals and also did NOT put any onions or beans on mine which is what suppose to come on it. PLUS after I patiently waited about another 20 minutes we realized that "The Other" smoothie is never going to show up. Now please note that I did NOT complain about the issue with the "Santa Fe" but I did approach the counter and notified them about us not receiving the other smoothie. At that point they looked confused like no one knew of this smoothie that was ON THE RECEIPT CLEAR AS DAY CALLED "PEANUT BUTTER CUP" SO THEREFORE YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER....... 😌😌😌😌.... Sorry I had a relapse....but anyway......so after this particular person decided to pretend to make the smoothie and purposely mess it up because it was not even drinkable plus he made it a POINT not to add everything in it that I added on. On top of NOT filling the cup up. So I brought it back and returned it to another gentleman that was behind the counter and asked him if he could make me a different one and THIS guy acted like he had an attitude. I usually brag a lot about this location and was looking forward to a great experience yesterday but it was the total opposite to say the least. But again I never been on a Saturday so my guess is that we got treated like crap by the Saturday crew. Oh yeah and let me mention that the "Peanut Butter Cup" was for my 2 year old, she couldn't eat solid food yesterday because of how her stomach was feeling. So whatever personal issues they came to work with they need to stay home on days they are feeling the urge of treating people like crap and be mindful of who they're taking their frustration out on.

whoever all was there today around 3 upcharged the tip without consent . when called they blame not fixing their problems on no manager. you should not be working as i’ve had 3 other ppl online have the same issue !! emailed and like i said, calling did nothing

I just waisted 40 minutes in the drive through lane. Once I got to the menu I started speaking into the microphone to see if anybody would answer and it took them a while. She said that she would be right with me. 10 minutes later and nobody got to me. So I drove forward and saw that the car in front of me was still at the window. Then the girl working there wasn’t very apologetic and she said “we only have 3 people working here and one of them is new.” I was so annoyed and just very upset that I just wasted so much time in the drive-through and I couldn’t get out because there was cars behind me. I am just in disbelief at this experience and I don’t think I’m ever gonna come to this location. What is wrong with these people!? This whole situation was poorly managed. I ended up leaving with no smoothie because she told me it would take too long to make my order. 1 smoothie!

This place is a joke. Waited 10 min in a drive through to place an order and another 5 min to wait for my smoothie. 15 min for a SMOOTHIE! and when I handed the employee my card, she took my card and slammed the window in my face! What a joke!

I walked in to pick up my smoothie and I wanted to vomit because it smells so bad!! I have no idea what the smell was, but it was awful. I don't to come to this location often and I was reminded again today why that is. The smoothies aren't cheap and every time I get one here, it isn't filled to the top. Maybe it's just me but it aggravates me. I of course didn't say anything because I was just glad it tasted the way it was supposed to. Do better!

waited 10 mins at the speaker box with the girl repeating “be right with you”, pulled up and finally took our order then waited another 15 mins for 2 smoothies to be made… ridiculous.
