Only showing low stars because I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 18 mins now. 3 cars sitting in front of me and behind. No one moving. I will be late back to work because there is NO WAY to exit this line once you’re in it.
Update: waited a solid 30 mins before getting one drink (it was watery and tastes different). I can tell they are busy inside. I get it. Hire more people for this location to work the lunch shift knowing it’s around one of the busiest places in Tulsa, not to mention the high school kids are there for lunch as well.
If you want people to avoid your business, keep doing this.

Came in today to use a coupon for a free smoothie and the workers customer service was magnificent. They were incredibly nice brought me my order with smiles. Actually really surprised me I wasn’t ready for any of it they had me ready to go before I was ready.

Greeted with a smile through the drive thru, and easily the best All American Wrap I’ve had at any location. Crispy on the outside, warm and fluffy on the inside. The blueberry bliss was a 10/10 as well. This location rocks

Disgusting. Worst smoothie and lying staff. They sent out a bowl for me with the wrong base and rotten berries. It had a stick approved by their GM on 07/22. Its the 25th and it showed on the sticker they planned to keep this and serve it until 07/29. Its the 25th and it was already ROTTING. They peeled the sticker off then lied and said someone just over prepped and they'd loose too much money throwing it away so they planned to keep it until they sold it all. She also let slip that the sticker didnt have the right date and the first bowl was made LAST WEEK. Then she says they have no acai base which is why my smoothie was made with dragonfruit. Manager comes over wont even look me in the eye through her ol big lashes and makes me a bowl with more ROTTEN berries and huge chunks of granola you cant even enjoy with your bowl with a smile on her face and zero integrity or sincerity. Had to throw all the berries out along with the first rotten bowl that they tried to take back after I already ate from it so it could be sold to someone else! Will be reporting them to corporate and the health department. DO NOT GO HERE. Literally no other location does any of this.

I always love tropical smoothie. This was my first time at the location and usually I go through the drive thru but we dined in this time. The only reason I gave a four-star in service was because they forgot my mom’s order. They are very kind and fix the problem quickly.

Overall great experience!

I ordered a breakfast wrap and a smoothie. First and foremost let me say they were both delicious.

The only negative here was the portion size of the wrap felt overall disappointing despite its taste.

The smoothie as always was awesome and the reason I continue to come back as frequently as I'm able.
