The talent and texture of the ice cream is so good! My favorite ice cream place to go to and my kids love it!
I went for some ice cream with my family. The lady who served us was very rude and barely answered us when taking our order. Last time we visited the place. Terrible customer service.
Super delicious and I love the fresh ingredients.
It was good. Not as expected.
Good. Overpriced
Overpriced but yummy đ
Donât go here. The cashier was extremely rude and seemed like she was high. Way too expensive to be treated so badly by the staff.
Such a fun and cool experience. The ice cream is also delicious. It's fun picking out flavor and topping combinations. And even more fun watching them make it.
We stumbled upon this place by sheer accident after leaving a video game shop across the street. Trying to navigate our way over, we somehow ended up in the Olive Garden parking lot. It was blazing hot, and thinking clearly wasnât really an optionâso we just parked there anyway.
The moment I walked in, I could tell this place had a strong following. The walls were covered in sticky notes left by customers from all over. But despite the colorful decor, the atmosphere felt lifeless. The place was almost emptyâjust us and two other peopleâand it was eerily quiet. The girl at the counter didnât look happy, excited, or even remotely welcoming.
Let me pause here to bring up something thatâs getting out of hand. Traditionally, gratuity was reserved for establishments that offered table service. These days? Every business expectsâno, demandsâa tip, regardless of the service quality. It's hard to justify tipping when you're met with bland, uninterested service. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this girl made zero effort. Then she had the nerve to give me a cold stare when it came time to sign the receipt, as if daring me not to tip. Sorry, not happening. You took my order and my money like a robotâno smile, no warmth.
Is this what the âcoolâ kids do now? Because it reminds me of my own teenagers.
Still, we stayed to see how The Freezing Cow makes their ice cream. Watching the process was interesting, and I enjoyed the final product. But I just couldnât get past the cold welcome. I genuinely hope this was just a bad day for the employee, and not the norm.
We love freezing cow! Their rolled ice cream flavors are delicious and they have great variety of toppings. They also make tasty Boba!

Awesome experience
amazing ice cream really bad worker attitude they have no soul when they work its not that hard to smile and make eye contact. They stare at their phones the entire time
Literally had a hair in my ice cream and told them and they just asked me if they wanted to re make it and i said no thanks, like why would i want more ice cream and get another hair in it. Like no refund? They just acted like it was normal. Also knew it was there hair bc it was black hair.. need to start wearing hair nets.
Yummy! I'm glad we found the ice cream rolls! :)
