We love freezing cow! Their rolled ice cream flavors are delicious and they have great variety of toppings. They also make tasty Boba!

Literally had a hair in my ice cream and told them and they just asked me if they wanted to re make it and i said no thanks, like why would i want more ice cream and get another hair in it. Like no refund? They just acted like it was normal. Also knew it was there hair bc it was black hair.. need to start wearing hair nets.

Absolutely appalling customer service experience at Freezing Cow Rolling Ice Cream! I've never encountered such rudeness from employees in my life. The workers seemed completely disinterested in serving customers, instead choosing to stare at their phones the entire time I was there. It was like they were being forced to be there against their will.

When I tried to ask a question about the flavors, one of the employees sighed heavily and reluctantly put down their phone to answer me. The attitude was palpable and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Newsflash to the staff: if you don't want to work, then maybe you shouldn't be working here!

For a place that prides itself on unique and delicious ice cream, the customer service was a total letdown. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I won't be back anytime soon. Until they get their act together and train their staff to be respectful and attentive, I'd advise others to take their business (and appetite) elsewhere.

I had a really disappointing experience at Freezing Cow Rolling Ice Cream. The workers were extremely rude and unpersonable. They had their AirPods in, on their phones and didn't talk to any of the customers. When I said thank you, they didn't even bother to say you're welcome. Not friendly at all. It's insane how places like this expect tips but give you such a horrible experience. Would not recommend.

The ice cream here was absolutely delicious! Its a different take from most places which was nice. I’d suggest putting Nutella in your food here! I highly recommend checking this place out
