Generally love Umberto’s; however, for the second time in a row I’ve gotten a soggy, supreme pizza delivered after ordering a pepperoni pizza. This time (tonight) I called to let them know the order was incorrect. After speaking with the individual at the pizza shop, nothing but an apology was offered. Pretty disappointed. Good garlic knots, but disappointing pizza pie for sure. Will likely order from one of the several other great pizza shops in midtown in the future.

It's one of my favorite places for pizza in Tulsa. Moses does a great job, always friendly, and the pizzas come all the way up to 20 inches. Oh, and they're delicious!

I ordered four large pizzas and I got four medium pizzas. This wasn’t an accident. It’s their policy. For some reason, they have six sizes to choose from and the 14 inch pizza they considered to be a large even though it’s closer to the small size.. English is the second language for everyone working there and the guy they have working the phone is hard of hearing. They do not realize medium is a synonym for middle. If you ask for a large, you do not get their 20 inch you get their 14. I’d be happy to change my review if you change your policy..
