Uncle Julio's Mexican Restaurant

I admit I dont know the difference between authentic Mexican, Tex Mex, and fast food Mexican. However, this was disappointing. The portions were small, the prices were high, and the food wasn't that good. Service was fine, and the place is nice, but i now know why they had very few customers.

This was our first time of going to eat at Uncle Julio as a couple. It was fantastic.
A young man by the name Diego waited on us. He was very professional, polite, very knowledgeable and courteous.
Whenever we had a question or concern, he sprung into action and took care of things.

We had a live table side Guacamole and Margarita, the lady that made it, was amazing. She made the best one so much so that we are already planning on going back.
The whole experience was great.

We always love eating at ANY Uncle Julio's. Me and my buddies were in town for the CHILI BOWL NATIONALS indoor midget races. Ironically the manager and our waitress had never even heard about the event which is HUGE. All of our meals were EXCELLENT! My steak was delicious. The other guys loved their meals as well. Alan said the pie was super yummy. Our waitress was very friendly and the manager stopped by and visited with us. He was obviously passionate about his job. Refreshing!! You can't go wrong visiting any Uncle Julio's location.

Greater service and okay decor, lighting was very bad, unfortunately the food were very mediocre. Probably the worst tacos I’ve had.

Our server, Bruno is Top Shelf!! He made our evening SO special as we celebrated George and Martha’s 9th birthday. His table made, fresh guacamole was perfection as was ALL of our food. He took special care to consistently make sure we had everything we needed. Be sure to ask for Bruno the next time you visit Uncle Julio’s.

Grey arrive very attentive server. Unfortunately could not overcome the awful food taste/quality. Make rice fresh and make sure it is not dry

My granddaughter's & my tummies hurt when we left, but I called & told them about it. Probably will only go back for taco Tuesdays, fun making from a lazy Susan.

Happy hour for me was 2 tres amigos margaritas and some guacamole. The chips are thin and crispy so double up if you're a heavy dipper. The house salsa is truly chipotle where you can taste the smokeyness. The guacamole and pico de gallo are standard, it's all pretty mild, so if you want some heat ask for the habanero sauce. My server, Sabastian, was charming and delightful. It really was a happy hour.

Tulsa is blessed with scores of great hispanic eateries, this is not one of them.

Even though I was extremely hungry (hunger is the best sauce) the food (tamales) from here is quite bland and unimpressive and doused with a sauce that was also bland and unimpressive.

Would not recommend if you like flavorful food, go elsewhere.

Horrible service, we understand that sometimes food will take time, 45 mins to get water that too asking after 3 times , felt like we are intentionally left out by the waiter , everyone around is getting food and drinks but for our table its a different story. Drinks came in between the main course and appetizers were served towards the end
