I was bragging to my wife about how good the cheese and onion enchiladas were at Uncle Julio's. I'd had them at other locations and loved them. When we received our enchiladas here, the tortillas were extremely hard and I couldn't cut them with my fork. Also, there were very little onions on them. I guess if you go right when the open you don't get fresh tortillas. Table side guacamole was good and our server was good.
This was our (me and husband) first visit to Uncle Julio's. It was a late dinner on Thursday night, but the food, service and atmosphere were great. I am not a fan of Tex-Mex cuisine (and I am somewhat of a picky foodie), but this was really good food. It was fresh and well prepared. I don't know our waiter's name but he was friendly and gave us great recommendations on the fajitas. He was spot on! Some of the best fajitas ever! We will be back!
Diego was AMAZING very SWEET! We love how he went over the drinks with us and GAVE US A GREAT RECOMMENDATION margarita trio flights are great! Taste great. Couldn’t say anything wrong about the place. Ps salsa had to be my fav such good flavor
