Ordered a White pizza. Received a cold soggy white cheese pizza. How do you mess up a cheese pizza? I did call the manager and he did offer to give me free food, but that was only after I told him I was going to leave a poor review. Here’s a Free suggestion. The time do the right thing is when a person has the expectation that they will get what they ordered and paid for. Not after. Be different and “train your employees”. Raise your prices if needed but strive to deliver perfection. It’s a worthy goal and it pays off every time!

Upper Crust consistently provides great food and service. Last night was no exception. I had the Cesar salad and the Kitchen Sink pizza. Both were delicious. Our server, Nicholas was attentive and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Great place with delicious food. Would have liked the pizza crust to be baked for longer but it is just a preference I didn't specify. Calmari and pizza rolls were delicious and the lavender limonade was perfect.

NEO American Muscle came in for Dinner at this place. 1st time for several of us. Great food, atmosphere, & Service too.
Great food and service but do not order take out. You receive less food than dining in. Wife and I dined in on 6/6 and ordered baked goat cheese, cheese pizza, pizza with crispy prosciutto and arugula, 2 caesar salads. It was so delicious we wanted our daughter and granddaughter to try it so we ordered the same food for take out on 6/7. The baked goat cheese, we received half the amount of cheese, pita bread and apples. As for the pizza with crispy prosciutto and arugula, there was very little toppings on the pizza. It was very very noticeable. We didn't receive the value we got the day before. The salads seemed to be the same amount but I'm not positive. Perhaps providing lesser amounts of food on take out orders is intentional? I'm not just calling out Upper Crust but all restaurants. The business knows once the customer arrives home with their food, they are not going to travel back to the establishment if there's an issue. So they are rolling the dice and saving some cash.

We stopped in here for lunch and everyone ordered a different specialty pizza for their lunch special.$16 everyone's Pizza all six specialties came out perfectly cooked with just enough cheese and just enough toppings. The lunch special came with a salad any of their specialty salads and that made it feel healthy. Wash it down with a drink and everything was spectacular. Would recommend and will be returning with the little lady so she can experience the Wood-Fired goodness and friendly laid-back atmosphere.

Margarita Pizza - truly had an insane amount of sliced tomatoes. This was a different version than what I had the first time ordering this same pie from UC. It looked like a pie with only tomatoes. It had a serious flop to it, nice undercarriage - but no crisp at all - not even in the crust.
Psycho Shroom - Great flavor, slight flop, still not crispy, not cruchy - nice undercarriage. If I ordered again - I would go olive oil base instead of tomato.
I think less tomatoes on the Marg, and a well done cook for some crisp on both pies would have gone a long way- too expensive to be left wishing though.
