I enjoy visiting the Valkyrie; I've been a few different times of day/night. I love the modern twist on the classic pub vibe you'd get in Europe. They have an extensive selection of spirits and I appreciate the local beer selection when I want something different.It's just very loud and VERY dark which makes it a little difficult to enjoy a conversation.

Fantastic place to enjoy a cocktail or try something new! The staff is all very knowledgeable about their craft and very helpful with finding you something you will enjoy. The atmosphere of the whole establishment is very relaxing.
What can I say, I like to drink. But not just any drink will do. I like gooo-od drinks. And this place can make a beverage man! They will riff with you... or if you not feeling adventurous, stick to the menu. Either way, you will have some fun at this place. So many flavors that they work with. I've taken time to visit with the staff, and they all are top notch in service and personality. The owner has assembled a great team. Sazzy-ol' fashion is my favorite. Week nights are my favorite time to visit. Gets a little crowded as expected in the weekend. The place is dark, which gives it that mysterious flare and the bar backdrop is picturesque. Cheers to Val

As one who really appreciates a good cocktail, this place is fantastic! I rank it alongside The Patterson House in Nashville if you know that joint. Austin, our bar tender, was superb. He was friendly, not pretentious, attentive and helpful without lingering and interrupting, and exceptionally knowledgeable. We gave him a sense of what we liked (spirit forward, floral, smokey, etc.), and he nailed it every time. Never had the same drink twice. My wife and I have visited a few times from out of town. Never disappointed. And the bar itself? Stunning.
