Waffle House never misses! Everything was consistently good, and the ladies in the back did their thing—the food was BOMB. The All Star is my go to. Service was on point and our waitress was the sweetest!

Been eating at waffle house for over 30 years faithfully. Food is good staff as well. But I only order two dishes either a patty melt or all star breakfast always different prices. They don't know how to properly charge people at this company. You either get ripped off or a good deal.

I have stopped at this Waffle house many times in the past and many others all over the U.S. Tonight my brother and I stopped to have a bite and it took a long time to get our food and when it arrived it was cold (hashbrowns wouldn't melt the cheese).When the waitress informed the cook his response was it's not my fault

It's a Waffle House. The people are friendly, the food is cheap and delicious and comes out fast. The coffee is good. Watching the short order cook is like watching a ballerina of a different sort.
floor very dirty server referred to me as dear and baby after me telling her what my name was. I realize and understand its damned if u do and damned if u dont some are offended when u refer to them as mam or sir however honey baby and sweetie should he reserved for people you know personally not a customer... I wish I had known before in ordered my food that I couldnt have Hot syrup and please dont say its a liability because you are serving me the same syrup you served the last customer and they could have put cyanide in it for all you know.. I usually tip at 50% however this young lady recieved the basic tip of 15% since the service provided was basic.. i bet if. i had said ok never mind on my 57.00 order they would have heated my syrup.. and yess you are right i can eat at home and heat my syrup however!!! since im eating out and I am paying for service I should have what i request especially since that request is within reason

Me and 4 buddies came down from Arkansas for a concert and decided to stop and eat today…Our server Jonah was very attentive and very kind…On the other hand I asked for 2 slices of toast from another worker and she grabbed the bread and put it in the toaster with NO gloves….She then put gloves on and wipes the counter with a dirty cloth that was beside her and coughed in her arm…When the toast was done she then grabbed the toast with the same gloves and served it to me…Her and the manager clearly was best-friends so I knew if I said anything nothing would of been done…But out of every negative our server Jonah took care of us and with the his kindness he got some extra cash in his pocket…

Came here two nights in a row with friends both nights and the first night was amazing, food was perfect, service was top notch. Second night was horrible food was over cooked, server was not trained and to young to be working at those hours. He was clearly tired and undertrained. He was doing his best but had no clue what to do or how to take orders the cook was in his own world lost in thought maybe and the restaurant was way understaffed for a weekend. All our food was wrong and what they did bring us was cold and burnt. Then we never got anything we did order until a couple hours had past and even then it was just a waffle. 🧇 we got our coffee after repeatedly asking and then only one cup and having to beg for creamer. Jelly was almost gone so I only got 4 jelly’s for 5 people . The shift manager never spoke to us even after making several complaints. Our server spent his night working on tickets so we where left with no server and wrong orders
