With only one good experience out of four total, we will NOT be returning to Waffle That! We gave this establishment more than enough fair tries, but the last two were frustrating as heck and totally avoidable with some deceny and communication.
*4th & Final Experience: Drove from south Tulsa on a Tuesday around 1130am to find the establishment dark, closed, with no sign informing the public if hours had changed, if the place was permanently or temporarily closed, or if food was sold out and they closed early or something. I called a few times; the call dropped each time as if the number was disconnected. Checked the Facebook page and found there were no updates in a long time. Google indicates they should be open and operating with the same hours & phone number as before.
*3rd Experience: Visited the establishment on a Saturday only to find it dark, closed, with no sign informing the public if hours had changed, if the place was permanently or temporarily closed, or if food was sold out and they closed early or something. I called; no answer. Another customer was there and was as disappointed as I was stating, "This don't make no sense. I'm sick of this." My guess was that this happened before. Google indicates they should be open and operating with the same hours & phone number as before.
*2nd Experience: The pork chops were much smaller than before and were so salty I had to choke them down with lots of water because I didn't want to waste the money I'd spent. The french fries were okay; the portion was about the size of a Braum's small fry. The waffle wasn't cooked long enough and was very soft and soggy, almost as if it had been steamed.
*1st Experience: The pork chops were large, seasoned well, perfectly fried, and delicious; the wings were just as good. Mac & cheese was so gross I couldn't eat it. My friend loved her dessert waffle and chicken tenders. The server was friendly and attentive to everyone -she was working alone, and there were 12+ customers in the small establishment.

Get the French toast waffle. You won’t regret it. The cinnamon syrup wasn’t sickly sweet, but was perfect with the waffle, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Anytime we come to Tulsa this is our favorite stop! We love the food and the staff is always super sweet and helpful.
BIG portions! So good. The cookie butter waffle should be on the top of your list if you like sweet items.
