Waldo's is a pleasant spot to get some very good fried chicken. Both their honey mustard and fry sauce went well with their crispy chicken strips and potato wedges. They also have a soda machine and you can help yourself to free refills.
The atmosphere is friendly, parking was easy to find even during the busy post-church Sunday rush, the service was great and we waited less than 5 minutes for our food to be served.
Give Waldo's a shot next time you're in the Tulsa area. 👍

Today for a change, I thought to visit one of the chicken restaurants in town and I selected Waldo's Chicken & Beer. I have been here one time before the pandemic but because of the arrival of many fast-food chicken places, somehow missed coming here again. The only spicy item on the menu(as labelled in the menu) is "Fowl Mouth" which is basically spicy chicken sandwich (thigh) with habanero oil, jalapeno slaw, mayo, cheddar cheese and comeback sauce on a bun so I went with it being a spice-lover. I ordered potato wedges as the side item.
First you have to order at the counter and then find a seat. The waiter will deliver the food at the table. Soon after I ordered and found a seat (within 2-3 minutes), I received the order. The flavor of the sandwich was good. I liked the toppings like habanero oil, jalapeno slaw which adds to the spice spice but frankly speaking, it is not worth for 10$. Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich is bigger than this and costs under $5 (yea I agree better taste but still???) Also I was let down by the potato wedges. Though it was bulky, taste was not up to the mark. BWW wedges tastes more better. So overall, I would rate it as an average sandwich.

Grands wanted to try and pleasantly suprised. Not exactly top notch for the amt of cost for everything.
Wheelchair accessibility: Better be able to maneuver you chair in tight places as not much room.

I have been here several times and must say the service and employee experience have been much better the last year to year and a half. They are nice, friendly and ready to serve customers. The menu offers a variety dishes including sandwiches, tenders, wings, roasted chicken as well as fried. The latest time here I got the Loaded mac with fried chicken which is on the starters menu, but is more of a single dinner entree. The chicken was good and moist, but crunchy and mac was cheesy and not dry. I would have liked a little more flavor in the mac if it was up to me. The dining room is good sized with several 4 person tables/ booths available and a full bar area as well. I have seen several people get the banana pudding for dessert and it looks pretty good, I will have to try this next time.

Good, but I think you could go get cheaper at Reasors, or Homelands If you want to help local businesses.

When the restaurant first opened in Tulsa it was fantastic! A little pricey, but the food a wait staff were awesome! Not sure what happened? They have steadily declined! It's been over a year since I've been back, because the food was not good! And the folks working their were not pleasant. Thought I'd give them one last try today. I'm regretting this decision! The drive through lady was not rude, it was evident she did not want to be there! I ordered a chicken tender box. Which includes three chicken tenders, French fries, slaw, and toast. I could not substitute mac & cheese? Or something else for the slaw. I asked. The cup of slaw is about two bites, the fries were obviously the bottom of the frie thing for they were mostly no longer than a 1/4 of an inch and soggy! Soggy! Soggy! The chicken was ok'ish. The picture on their menu shows the toast to be Texas toast size. What I was given is the smallest peice of toasted white bread I've ever seen! It was not much bigger than the bottom of a slider bun and about half as thick. It was also under all the fries so it was grease soaked because the fries were actually dripping with grease! Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment! Stay away from this place! Hopefully at some point in my travels I will run across another Waldo's in a different state! I really like the taste of Waldo's chicken and other shtuff on their menu! So much so that I don't mind paying a premium! But I will never give my money to the Waldo's in Tulsa Oklahoma!

I'm not sure why the chicken had a turkey like taste, but it was delicious! Very kind workers, they did try to push some stuff on us after we told them we weren't super hungry and only ordered a small meal for two. The potato wedges are made there, not frozen, and the biscuits weren't anything to rave about. It was quite empty when we went, one painting to look at. Overall experience was good, though!

Chicken tenders were small and old and soggy, will not be coming back.
Great restaurant!! I picked up food for Life.church Jenks, the manager had thought of everything, even gluten free options, brand new ketchup & mustard to go with the potato fries...
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options too!!

First off love the nashville location. My family and i ordered on doordash.food arrived warm but no sauces. Who knew that wouldnt be the worst of it. All three of us got food posioning from here. We had not ate anything else in 24hrs so this was the only culprit. We all three had the chicken. All three of us had the same Symptoms. We were all like Poltergiest. We had to take turns in the bathroom. When i tired to call and let them no they laughed and hung up. I wasnt asking for a refund but to warn them. Be cautious eating here.

I like it. Not as cheap as you might expect, but a one of a kind type of chicken. They try hard, I appreciate that.
Kid-friendliness: I'm sure kids would love it. They have some of the best chicken in town.
