I just checked in (10/28/24). I am compelled to write this review as I have been significantly disappointed and underwhelmed. The DoubleTree at Warren Place used to be one exceptional elegant hotel. The lobby and the hotel had a decor that was warm and tasteful. I have not been here in a number of years as I typically in the last 8-10 years would stay downtown at the Hyatt. I used to stay here with weekly regularity as the company for which I was Asst. General Counsel had a significant office presence in Warren Place. Now, the hotel is just another cheap hotel. The lobby has gone from a rich elegance to what it is now, not too dissimilar from a convenience store. The rooms are entirely unimpressive. Again, just hotel rooms - nothing at all special. The staff of the old DoubleTree at Warren Place used to be sharply dressed and had a "professionalism" about them. The staff I have encountered thus far? Well, they remind me of people that work at a cosmetics counter. An attempt to be a shiny object, but not the sharpest knives in the drawer. And my final immediate observation is the attempt to nickle and dime you. The old hotel used to provide free parking. Now, it is just like every other, the hotel charges guests for parking notwithstanding an abundance of availability and forcing guests to drive around the block to park even though there exists a gate into the parking garage immediately adjacent to the front entrance. Yes, you have to pay for the inconvenience. And that Hilton Honors membership, it does not amount to jack! I would not recommend this DoubleTree to anyone.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Convenient location. Grounds were beautiful and walkable. Highly recommended ‼️

5 star dining! Great, fresh breakfast. Your choice on foods. Best coffee. Duck club should put pictures of various ducks on the walls to keep the theme consistant.

Warren Place Double Tree is a Star in its own right. Excellent location, friendly helpful staffAll professionally dressed...Direct but...willing to listenIf you have a problem. Quiet today til now...a dozen folks lined up at the front desk waiting to check in. The pool is clean...the hot tub is hotAnd has a new coating....What a relaxing 5 minutes in that heat. The bad stuff I could put on the head of a pin...but I cant find that pin. Darn!!

No more than your standard hotel breakfast. Powdered eggs, microwave bacon and old fruit. Save your 15$ and go across the street.

This restaurant is located in the Tulsa Double Tree- Warren Place. The breakfast costs $24.99 and can be paid by adding to room tab or by traditional forms of payment. The dining area is comfortable and clean. It is a nice upper scale dining area with large window views of the nicely landscaped jogging trails behind the DoubleTree. This is a buffet style breakfast that offers many options. I thought it was a pleasant experience. This location is currently undergoing some updates.

Been before and again enjoyed our meal here. Buffet with plenty of choice and staff pleasant and friendly. Good value for money if you eat a lot. there was a noisy table next to us which wasn't great.

Styrofoam plates, horrible instant eggs and stale breads/biscuits. Understaffed, dirty and overall bad experience

The site of the new Tulcon, the Premier Tulsa Science Fiction Convention, great for meetings too.

Service was outstanding, I only came for breakfast while I stayed, so I can't judge any other aspect but I enjoyed it.

Disagree 70$ for for a breakfast for three people definitely not worth it highly disagree

Expensive and so-so food, better off venturing out of the hotel and finding food.
