I don't typically rate fast food chains but I had a really pleasant experience and wanted to share. First things first: the playlist was REALLY GOOD. A mix of new and old, a variety of genres ... Rolling Stones, Joni Mitchell, Billy Joel, Tina Turner, TWO Phil Collins/Genesis songs....really solid, song along-able playlist. You know, the important stuff and the whole reason you go to a fast food chain đ
Onto the restaurant: we actually ordered at the drive through and then ate in the restaurant per my kids' request. The food was great, the team members who took our order and gave us our food were very pleasant and kind, and the restaurant was clean. My kids actually ate their entire meal without complaint which is saying something. My daughter loved the toys that came with their meal and did a whole photo shoot with them (pics included with this review).
This Wendy's was recently rebuilt from the ground up and they did a great job. The decor is classy with real wood tables, chairs that aren't bolted to the ground, and a modern but warm aesthetic. And I have to shout out that they have a framed photo of fries being dipped into a frosty. IYKYK.
Three of us ate for under $20 which feels like a win these days.Thanks for a great dinner, Wendy's, we'll be back!

Been going quite a bit lately. Loving the new nuggets and specialty drinks too. The ladies at drive thru are always happy, smiling and that's a lot for a Wendy's

I made my order on DoorDash. I was notified when my dasher got there and he waited 10 minutes there for the order to be ready. He got to my house with in 15 minutes. When i got the food it was all not just room temp but stale. Nuggets, French fries, and Burger. I took my dispute to DoorDash I but also called the location. The woman on the phone blamed the door dash driver and point blank said to me âwhy come up there expecting fresh food when they donât provide it beforeâ basically admitting they donât provide fresh food. I asked so youâre admitting you donât serve fresh food she then got very defensive and told me I was yelling at her and started arguing , calling names and ended up hanging up on me. The time is 9:20 the order was placed at 8:30 and phone call at 9:00. I will never go to this location again because I will not ever deal with this person. HORROBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! A simple Iâm sorry and simple problem solving would have fixed everything. Also appealed she tried to blame the door dash driver for her sad excuse of store management.

Food was cold and disgusting. Waste of money. McDonald's is way better. I see why this chain is low ranked.đ€ź
Upon entering, the restaurant itself seemed fine.
The bathroom toilet was covered and filled with urine. So much so, i decided just to hold it.
When I ordered, the young man on the register seemed friendly enough, and made sure our orders were right.
The food came out in a timely manner, and the quality was normal for Wendyâs.
Several of the workers seemed to leave or take a break while we were eating, and none of them seemed to go clean the bathrooms.
One man, who seemed to be a cook, proceeded to eat a snack or meal bar standing out next to the counter, and didnât say anything to or greet a customer that came in. Just stood there eating his bar.
Then he went to the bathroom still wearing his apron.
That alone makes me never want to go back to that location.
On top of everything, both of the soda machines were not working, which meant that we needed to ask someone working there to get our drinks for us behind the counter.
Thatâs not the problem so much as when we went up for a refill, no one acknowledged our existence standing there.
We stood there for a few minutes.
A young woman employee seemed to purposefully keep her head down so as to not âseeâ us even though she was facing right at us.
When I said, âexcuse me!â, she looked up and around like sheâs not supposed to leave her post at the drive thru. (Which didnât have any customers in it.)
When I just said, âWe just need a refill..â she still seemed hesitant to help us.
The other lady on the frying machines called out for someone working in the back to come up.
Iâm sorry, thatâs poor customer service.
If you see a customer standing at the counter that is clearly not being helped, you help them.
I just canât with this location.
I wonât be back.
