Upon entering, the restaurant itself seemed fine. The bathroom toilet was covered and filled with urine. So much so, i decided just to hold it. When I ordered, the young man on the register seemed friendly enough, and made sure our orders were right. The food came out in a timely manner, and the quality was normal for Wendy’s. Several of the workers seemed to leave or take a break while we were eating, and none of them seemed to go clean the bathrooms. One man, who seemed to be a cook, proceeded to eat a snack or meal bar standing out next to the counter, and didn’t say anything to or greet a customer that came in. Just stood there eating his bar. Then he went to the bathroom still wearing his apron. That alone makes me never want to go back to that location. On top of everything, both of the soda machines were not working, which meant that we needed to ask someone working there to get our drinks for us behind the counter. That’s not the problem so much as when we went up for a refill, no one acknowledged our existence standing there. We stood there for a few minutes. A young woman employee seemed to purposefully keep her head down so as to not “see” us even though she was facing right at us. When I said, “excuse me!”, she looked up and around like she’s not supposed to leave her post at the drive thru. (Which didn’t have any customers in it.) When I just said, “We just need a refill..” she still seemed hesitant to help us. The other lady on the frying machines called out for someone working in the back to come up. I’m sorry, that’s poor customer service. If you see a customer standing at the counter that is clearly not being helped, you help them. I just can’t with this location. I won’t be back.

This is towards Wendy’s in general and not just this one, but I’d rather eat at McDonald’s and that’s saying a lot since I dont eat there often given that their food isn’t that great either. I don’t think Wendy’s nuggets are even meat. To me it just seems like a weird batter or something. Their burgers weren’t great either, and the fries have much to be desired. Is there pepper in everything? That’s all I could taste. But this Wendy’s was clean, even the restrooms and the service was nice enough.

Don’t ever eat Wendy’s really, it was close by so I decided to stop in. Extremely nice cashier with good energy took my order & took my name. By the time I was done filling my drink she called my name with my food. Insanely fast, but it was all hot.
Food was great. Noticed the cashier say bye to another customer by name so I thought wow she knows her regulars by name. As I’m leaving she says bye Ali! Aside from everything else being great that was the final thing that made me want to leave a good review. Keep it up!

I felt rushed. I asked for spicy nuggets. I got regular nuggets, and they were old. My partner asked for no onions on their burger, they had onions on the burger. The food was so incredibly mid. I love Wendy's but this was by far the yuckiest time. The lobby is clean tho
