Upon entering, the restaurant itself seemed fine. The bathroom toilet was covered and filled with urine. So much so, i decided just to hold it. When I ordered, the young man on the register seemed friendly enough, and made sure our orders were right. The food came out in a timely manner, and the quality was normal for Wendyâs. Several of the workers seemed to leave or take a break while we were eating, and none of them seemed to go clean the bathrooms. One man, who seemed to be a cook, proceeded to eat a snack or meal bar standing out next to the counter, and didnât say anything to or greet a customer that came in. Just stood there eating his bar. Then he went to the bathroom still wearing his apron. That alone makes me never want to go back to that location. On top of everything, both of the soda machines were not working, which meant that we needed to ask someone working there to get our drinks for us behind the counter. Thatâs not the problem so much as when we went up for a refill, no one acknowledged our existence standing there. We stood there for a few minutes. A young woman employee seemed to purposefully keep her head down so as to not âseeâ us even though she was facing right at us. When I said, âexcuse me!â, she looked up and around like sheâs not supposed to leave her post at the drive thru. (Which didnât have any customers in it.) When I just said, âWe just need a refill..â she still seemed hesitant to help us. The other lady on the frying machines called out for someone working in the back to come up. Iâm sorry, thatâs poor customer service. If you see a customer standing at the counter that is clearly not being helped, you help them. I just canât with this location. I wonât be back.

This is towards Wendyâs in general and not just this one, but Iâd rather eat at McDonaldâs and thatâs saying a lot since I dont eat there often given that their food isnât that great either. I donât think Wendyâs nuggets are even meat. To me it just seems like a weird batter or something. Their burgers werenât great either, and the fries have much to be desired. Is there pepper in everything? Thatâs all I could taste. But this Wendyâs was clean, even the restrooms and the service was nice enough.

Donât ever eat Wendyâs really, it was close by so I decided to stop in. Extremely nice cashier with good energy took my order & took my name. By the time I was done filling my drink she called my name with my food. Insanely fast, but it was all hot.
Food was great. Noticed the cashier say bye to another customer by name so I thought wow she knows her regulars by name. As Iâm leaving she says bye Ali! Aside from everything else being great that was the final thing that made me want to leave a good review. Keep it up!

Parking: Didn't like the parking lot inconvenient, and it only had one way to enter the store, and you have to leave on the same ramp going into the store.
