Absolutely the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. First I was waiting for 20min for a Mobile Dine in order. Already checked myself in as I ordered it ad I sat at the table. Only come to find out, my food was sitting under their warmer just dying. And then when I asked if I could get some fresh fries, because mine were stale and old. They threw some of the old fries into the fryer to warm them up. And do you know what's more disgusting than old fries? Twice fried fries! Worst 13$ I've ever spent

I pulled into the drive thru at 1:31 PM there was 1 car ahead of me. I place my order on the mobile app. Then Waited and waited and waited.....9 minutes for the car ahead of me to move forward. Then I got to wait again for 6 minutes to tell them I had a mobile order. I pulled forward and got to wait again.....4 minutes to get my food. None was nice. I saw 7 card leave I would have but I had already paid for my food on the app.

We ordered late at night. The guy who served us refused to give us old nuggets and made us fresh, even tho it was 40 min till close. We waited in a parking spot and he brought our order to us in the rain. Spicy nuggets were awesome, fries were good. Great customer service.
