Worst customer service ever!!! Rude ass employees ! Lady at the counter taking orders was horrible , she didn’t acknowledge that she had a big line, I literally had to ask her when is she going to decide to acknowledge us, her attitude was disgusting and nasty just like my food that was uncooked everything about my experience was disgusting. Please shut this place down or hire a whole new team please and thank you ! That’s the last time I’m eating there .

Management needs to take a better look at their employees attitude. When serving food to people try, JUST TRY, and leave your attitudes at home and put a smile on your face. Very low quality in customer service. Shape up or get out. The man handing me my bag of food crushed my bag and the woman at the drive thru sounded bothered that a customer was even ordering food. Try hiring people that don't just want a paycheck. Corporate, get a new manager. This one sucks.

If you want to talk to me like I'm a Karen then a Karen I shall be. So here come the reviews and I've already emailed corporate. Worst customer service from ANY fast food restaurant I've ever encountered and that's saying a lot. I recently went through the drive through to order a diet coke and a baked potato. The young man at the drive through informed me they were out of Diet Coke. I don't know how they were out of Diet Coke. It seems like this location has supply issues too. I said ok and got the caffeine free version. I was then asked to pull around front to wait for my potato. I sat for several minutes and then walked inside, irritated that I had to wait so long for a single potato while I watched other people drive through and leave with their orders. While I was inside, what appeared to be a manager came out and told me it would be 10 minutes on my potato. I asked why it would take 10 minutes for a potato when I can microwave one for 5 and it would be done. Instead of offering any kind of explanation as to why they can't produce a potato in 10 minutes she immediately started antagonizing me asking "do you want the potato or not" then complaining to other people that she wasn't supposed to be at work that day. I said fine return my money back. Then she walked off with another customer. While the other two workers were assisting me she came back inside and immediately started trying to antagonize and intimidate me again. I told her they were handling the issue then she loudly announced that she wasn't going to help because they had it. This manager does not seem to be able to address unhappy customers and does want to be called into work on her days off. I still have no answer as to why it was taking so long for a potato... they either had them or didn't. I was told it would take a couple of days to get the refund to my card. No receipt was given.

This new Wendy’s opened up right by our house. Tonight was the second time we have been in. Both times have been absolutely wonderful. Now, I am known for posting bad reviews. You have to be really good for me to post a good one. I expect you to do your job. But when I give a good one, that means you’ve been better than what is expected, done more than good. The employees were always pleasant, no they were happy and treated us as though they were happy to see us.
Tonigjt, my wife and I walked in about 9pm after playing pickleball. The young man was helpful, cheerful and even laughed at my horrible jokes. Maybe laughed at me. lol … I don’t know. The manager came over when it was time to pay to key in our military discount. She was just as awesome as the you man. Everyone in there seemed happy as if they had a great working environment.
The place was clean and well kept. Thank you for what you’ve done. And thank you for being close to us.

I came in on a Friday night and all of the employees spoke no English. I had to take my JBC back because the bun was hard and they then remade it with another hard bun, I didn’t want to ask again because I just assumed they don’t care. While I was ordering another man came in saying his bun was hard too. Yes they were kind but they couldn’t understand me, and it was frustrating. They also never have potatoes at this location.
