Went tonight for a burger only for my wife to try to take a bite and she expressed by saying it smells like a rotten tooth I then smelled it myself and in fact it smells off. No more meat from here. Since they have opened it has been terrible. Met the manager a few times he just doesn’t seem like he’s all there.

I used to love this place. I used to ramp and rave about how great this place was, but EVERY /SINGLE/ TIME I'm there I'm asked to pull around. I used to be a manager for a Wendy's and I can't tell you when there is one person in line and they just order a single burger there is no reason they should be asked to pull around EVERY TIME. I know why to because you're trying to bring down your drive thru times, but at least when I'm pulled around waiting can the food be HOT and not COLD every single time. I now go to the other Wendy's on Memorial because they do it right and hot. Also stop shutting down your frosty machine an HOUR before you close. You know it's supposed to be in till you close.

Since this store opened I have given several chances to get it right. In the beginning I would order off the app only to be told to pull around front and wait even though it was 10 to 15 mins after ordering. I asked about that and was told they start the order when you arrive at the order screen in the drive through. So this morning I go in the drive through and order 2 breakfast burrito's and pull towards the window and wait behind two other cars - no problem. I must have waited at least 3 mins. Then I get to the window and pay. A min later they come to the window and want me to pull around front and WAIT, again. Now mind you the two previous cars weren't asked to pull around while I was behind them. You know and I know there are only certain ones that have to pull around and wait. Guess what. I will never be one of them again. I simply asked for a refund and headed down to McDonalds and got 1 sausage & egg McMuffin and 1 egg McMuffin for a total of $8.23 which was less expensive than the $10.40 order from "Pull Around and Wait Wendy's." I. AM. DONE.

I like Wendy's because the people who work there were very patient with my big order! A girl, Jessica or Andrea, (It had those names on my recite) at the drive-through, took her time to read my order, which I appreciate! Even though they parked me I still got my fresh nuggets.

I love the breakfast but, everytime I come to this location I have had to pull around and wait for something. I was told the wait was 2 minutes but 10 has past. There seems to be only two staff members. The mornings looks as if all the lights are off in the building.

Brand new facility, on two occasions I went to have dinner there. They could service me because they could not break a hundred dollar bill. Unreal, McDonald's and Chinese restaurant has no problem.
