I was having such a frustrating night when I got there that I was close to tears. The night crew was so funny and positive that it truly turned my whole mood around. Thank you! The food was hot and exactly as I ordered it, the service was lighting fast. I will be returning

I came through the drive-through on Monday morning, July 7. The lady that waited on me was just wonderful. The food however, leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered the French toast with two strips of bacon. The bacon had been microwaved so long that it was hard. It was inedible in the French toast. Sticks were dripping in grease. Won’t return for these items at all. Come on guys you can do better

No lights on the patio. You just sit outside and eat in the dark.. odd to say the least. Would probably go to Braums in the future around the corner where they have lighting.

Really didn't like my experience tonight.
Would complain to corporate but they didn't give me a receipt...

This store is a joke. They have a sign on their window (see photo) that advertises their 2 for $3 breakfast deal, including the choices of a sausage and cheese english muffin, sausage biscuit, or seasoned potatoes. When I went to order at the counter, the worker was insistent that the deal does not include the potatoes and that you would have to buy two sandwiches for that deal and pay for the potatoes separately. I didn’t want two of those sandwiches so I paid $2.19 for the sandwich and $2.09 for the small order of potatoes. I proceeded to ask the manager when I got my food if the potatoes were part of the deal and he said “the small ones are.” I shared with him that I had been overcharged and explained the situation. He seemed uninterested in hearing what I had to say. It makes sense that the staff doesn’t know what they’re doing when they have a manager who clearly doesn’t care to listen to what people have to say, let alone correcting when staff does things wrong.

If you're drive thru or Uber eats you'll be taken care of quickly. If you're dining in good luck, your ignored. Waited 10 minutes for them to get done dealing with Uber and said screw it and left

I say, for a $12 decent burger meal, I’d expect better customer service than what I received. No need to be treated with frustration because I ask for ketchup and ranch, and you only bring ketchup. It was like it hurt the girl’s soul to go back n get the ranch that I originally asked for.
