Came through the drive through and ordered for my child and the lady was very very rude and disrespectful and when telling manager it felt as if they didn’t have any respect nor was anyone apologetic we will never come back again

Ok this location needs serious help!!!!! Went there after school because my 5 yr old wanted chicken kids meal and a vanilla frosty. Pull up to the window and hear “WHATS YOUR ORDER” I paused for a sec from shock and then ordered the 4pc nugget meal with a vanilla frosty. Reply from the speaker was “SIZE” not what size or even the sm, med or lg. I say medium to which I hear “ THEY ONLY COME IN KID SIZE!!! ANYTHING ELSE?” So I asked for a medium vanilla frosty to which I hear “ ANYTHING ELSE”. I say no only to hear “PULL UP” I drive around to the window to see the girl ignoring and literally punching buttons on the screen that I thought I was missing out on an earthquake. She walks away and a young man named David opened the window and I asked what the person on the speakers problem was and he told me she wanted to go on break and didn’t want to wait to take my order. He was very apologetic and honestly kept me from diving off without paying or obtaining my order. DO NOT EVER GO HERE THIS IS MY 4th or 5th attempt and every time is dramatic. Either very crappy service full of rudeness or the food order is screwed up and when you say something they treat you like you got their sister pregnant and left town. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Ordered a baconator with no mayo and a chicken blt and got a baconator with mayo and a Jr double cheeseburger. My receipt reflected what I ordered but I guess that's what you get for not checking your bag before you drive off.

Your process for take out is way to slow I have waited to orr 10 minutes pull up to window pay then 10 morr minutes to give me my food wendys has always been slow I'm disappointed you haven't improved
Got my order wrong 3 times. Everything was cold. I will, however give them another chance.

I ordered Togo. The manager was taking my order over the intercom laughing the whole time and then he didn't even know what I wanted because he was too busy laughing with his workers. The food was Ice cold. I got saucy nuggets and they dumped them in the bottom of the bag. There was more sauce in the bag then on the nuggets. I will not be back ever again.
