I arrived to pick up a prepaid order shortly before the restaurant’s posted closing time. Although the order had already been placed and paid for, the restaurant had turned off the lights and did not acknowledge me for several minutes.

When the manager finally spoke with me, I was told they were “out of food” and that the order could not be fulfilled, despite it already being paid for. I was then instructed to leave without the order.

Took 35 min for 4 tenders, do not recommend! Slow service and no sense of urgency or excitement like they hate their job. Also had people parked in front of the drive thru line holding up tracking while they went inside.

Whoever was working there tonight older gentleman real cool I think he's working by himself he makes the best hands down baconators and baconator fries only one thing he didn't do right was I asked for a Dr pepper and a frosty but I just got a Frosty he must not understood me but all in all I still give him freaking five thumbs up the dude's awesome I like that store and it's delicious and I'll come back again for sure

Horrible late night service. They didn't give me 1/3 of my order. 30 minutes to drive back for the rest of my order and they argued with me saying I had to have gotten all my food and there was nothing they could do. Told me to Google the corporate number. Left a message on the corporate number and never heard back. I'd avoid this Wendy's, at least late at night.
