This Wendy’s has the worst service I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant.
A few weeks ago my wife, my 2 year old and I waited in the lobby for over an hour and did not receive our food. We were only seen by the manager once I started demanding a refund.

Tonight, at 11 PM with no other cars in the drive thru. Not only was my wife’s burger wrong, but our entire meal was cold. Like, left on a table for 30 minutes cold. When I asked for the food to be remade the manager looked at me like she had no clue what to do, and frankly she appeared appalled that I’d done so.

We will not return even in the event of an apocalypse and this Wendy’s location is the only place that hasn’t been looted.

I showed up with a bus full of kids, and the staff was nice, and we got our food it was just how we ordered it. We even got enough ketchup for everyone that almost never happens. When traveling with a group, this big.

Got my order wrong while they were slow. Honestly after working in fast food for several years in the past I’ll have to say there’s no excuses especially when you mess up the primary item in a promo meal that had no modifications… just disappointing.

I ordered a 6 piece honey barbecue saucy nuggets which is what I paid for and what is on my receipt. I received a 4pc and I'm not even entirely sure if it is even honey bbq. I tried calling the store and got no answer. I then tried chatting with an agent in the app and it said there were no agents available. I really don't want to have to drive all the way back. If you're ordering from this location make sure you check your order before you leave. The staff doesn't even sound like they want to be there. They will probably mess up more than just my order tonight...

I’m leaving this review for a manager named Sabrina. I made a door dash order and it had a missing item. And the remaining burgers were entirely wrong. However, I brought the wrong items up to the location and she immediately went into action. She made the burger that was missing. She remade the 3 others that were wrong and she offered frosties for the kids. We opted for cookies. But she did phenomenal. I simply wanted the food made correct and Sabrina went above and beyond. I respect accountability and she took full accountability and made it right. Managers like this should be up lifted. So Sabrina I hope you see this review because you deserve it. Great job. Door dash just has that disconnect sometimes. You did amazing. Thank you
