This Wendy’s has the worst service I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant.
A few weeks ago my wife, my 2 year old and I waited in the lobby for over an hour and did not receive our food. We were only seen by the manager once I started demanding a refund.

Tonight, at 11 PM with no other cars in the drive thru. Not only was my wife’s burger wrong, but our entire meal was cold. Like, left on a table for 30 minutes cold. When I asked for the food to be remade the manager looked at me like she had no clue what to do, and frankly she appeared appalled that I’d done so.

We will not return even in the event of an apocalypse and this Wendy’s location is the only place that hasn’t been looted.

I showed up with a bus full of kids, and the staff was nice, and we got our food it was just how we ordered it. We even got enough ketchup for everyone that almost never happens. When traveling with a group, this big.
