Quite possibly the slowest Wendy's ice ever been to in my life. Was the only person in the restaurant and it took 30+ minutes to get an order made. They had about 5 employees just standing around and just seemed clueless.

Went through the drive thru for our order we had the crispy chicken sandwich biggy bag and the #1 Dave single meal. The food was warm but definitely could have been a little more fresh but overall was good. The order was correct though and dispensed quickly.

I don't even understand this business. They majority hike their prices and seriously reduced the portions at the same time. Now, they are charging. 75 cents for ranch when I ordered a burger and fries. They won't include 1 dip for free??? Ridiculous and sad.

The food is great, but the service is awesome. I didn't have to ask for ketchup for my fries. A waiter came and filled out drinks. Very lovely place to eat. Quiet and peaceful and very friendly. Highly recommend taking your lunch here.

I come here during the early daytime when it’s not so busy. I always get really great service (nice folks working), excellent food, and enjoyable time. I like to customize my order, and they never give me a hard time about it (unsweet ice tea with peach or mango syrup and unsalted french fries). My food is usually freshly made (since it’s made-to-order). Just turning left on 71st street from Garnett road to enter the parking lot is a tad difficult if there’s a lot of oncoming traffic (since it’s near to the highway exit).

Store was not busy and ordered a combo meal through the drive-thru. Got home and the order was wrong. Got a single instead of double. I don't eat here as often as I used to but the service / quality control leaves something to be desired when they cannot get a simple order right.
