I’ve never made a review before but I had to sign up just for this, this place is absolutely horrible made the customers in the drive thru wait 5 min each just to order and nobody is in the parking lot the lady at the window was very rude. Overrated overpriced burgers anyway!!!

Average-*** Ordered a chilly cheese burger. It was very average. The bun is very big and the ingredients were good. Had the combo. The fries are just ok.
The Monterey cheese melt is really awesome. Loved the flavor.

The food is good but the burgers àre a little dry. LIke not enough mayo or mustard on them. I usually come back home and have to add more . But the burgers are better in my opinion than the competition.
Accidentally yelled at the lady in the window and still received good service, only spent 30 dollars and got our food in minutes(McDonald's on 2nd street was 50 and took 3 hours) only thing is that they need to triple check sauces especially when they're a dollar a piece

My rating is based on one experience. I usually enjoy going to this whataburger; service is usually on par and food is as expected.
However, this experience was pretty trash. I was there more than 20 mins waiting on coffee, water and a chicken taco. They actually forgot to fill my order while waiting for the coffee.
It could have been a rough night, idk, seemed like a lot of staff in training, either way it was a really bad experience.
