The general manager there is very rude. We called for a complaint. She said that she was a general manager. She couldn’t give us out the regular manager’s number because she has a boss as well, and she was very rude. All her people the employees were rude. They walked away wouldn’t ask us. Nothing charged a poor man $.45 for honey mustard when he wanted it on the side and said the sandwich I mean I’m sorry, but I promise you that I would never eat back at this restaurant again it’s crazy how customer service has came to Like we’re just we’re just cashing our pocket is how it feels

I ordered online. When I got to the drive thru, there were 5 cars in line. The staff told me to come to the 2nd window, I confirmed she didn't want me to use the B-lane, as I should have. So, I had to wait, and wait and wait... By the time I got my order it was cold and soggy. What is the point in ordering ahead??? Very disappointed

They just don’t care about your request you ask them nicely no onions . They still just don’t listen. This has happened more than once. I tried to be nice with this place. but I’m done . They are rude and don’t care.

What is the point of a drivethru order when they immediately tell you to come inside even though people are in the drive thru and then when i come inside i get nothing but attitude from who i presume is the night manager… for what PLACING AN ORDER?!?! I dont know you and you dont know me..so im unsure why i got attitude. Get some new management. Then they dont give me a straw and tell me i can get one myself. Wth is this customer service.

This establishment is generally excellent, however, Saturday evenings present a significant challenge. On a recent Saturday, an order placed at 11:50 PM via the mobile application resulted in a 45-minute wait. Upon delivery, the food was cold, and the bread was unacceptable due to sogginess. The consistently poor service on Saturday nights appears to correlate with a specific employee's presence. There were easily 5 other people in the lobby waiting angrily.

This whataburger is hit and miss, I only can speak about the srive thru.. seems like it takes longer and longer to get your food, and when you pull up to the window .. it's like no one is in charge of all the kids goofing off that they have working ( so explains why the drive thru moves so slow) also check and make sure all your food you ordered is in the bag, before you leave!
