I love Whataburger—it’s truly one of the best reasons I enjoy living here, and the food is always worth the stop. The staff at this location have consistently been polite, professional, and friendly, which I really appreciate. Well, I had to update from 4 stars to one, I get back to my office annd the tea is unsweet with absolutely no ice.. Unfortunately, the morning drive-thru service has been quite slow during my recent visits. I’ve had to leave without ordering before, and I had to leave again today—I can’t sit in the drive-thru all morning. I completely understand that mornings can be busy, and I don’t fault the employees at all—they’ve always handled things professionally. I’m hopeful this is something that can improve over time because I really enjoy coming here and would love to make this location part of my regular routine again.

We eat here every year during the Gun show. Its Better than Mc Donald's or Taco Bell. It's Fast And on the way to the Hotel room. The Food is NEVER HOT! DOES NOT MATTER WHAT FRANCHISE!!!!!!!!! SAME AS BRAUMS. Order in or take out. You All pre cook the Burger and keep them in a holding bin. It would be great to get Hot food! Especially Hot French Fries. You All are a Disappointment! But I still go because you are a Better choice than the Rest.

Thank you to the front service team for greating us as we walked in. We live down the street from the 41st location of Whataburger, but drive the extra mile for the service and fresh food that they always give us a correct order through drive thru or when we stay in to eat. I would have given 5 stars on the atmosphere if the door facing the street didn't keep opening. That's a security issue plus the cold air kept coming in. Besides that my burger and fries were hot and fresh. Please go train the staff at 41st.

Not many options at 2:30ish in the morning so I went here. My burger wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese on it. I was very disappointed. The fries were ok. I've only had Whataburger once before. I can't say it ever crosses my mind when thinking burgers

The service was very slow. I ate here twice while in town. Eating just meat, no bun, the burgers seemed fairly dry, over cooked both times. Not the best, not the worst. Works in a pinch.
