The young lady who helped my family and I as we were passing through on a road trip named Mesha was great. She was very patient as my kids fumbled over what they wanted to eat with substitutions and changes within the meals, and she got the food to our tables with extra ketchup, and she was very nice, very courteous, and very professional.

To be entirely honest, I believe this location has lost my faith. Too many times in a row there have been too many mistakes and fast food just isn't so complicated that you should be remaking stuff every time I come through.

Firstly: Auncye is a fabulous employee. She provided amazing customer service. If you don’t do whatever necessary to keep her around—- you are crazy. Secondly: I am diabetic, and I have some dietary restrictions. Frequently when ordering out I am made to feel bad for the alterations I have to make to accommodate my needs. Never once did I feel bad about my adjustments. Auncye even helped me make sure that i checked my receipt and my order to be sure it was exactly what I was hoping for. Typically fast food restaurants are bad mouthed for not having good customer service and employees being terrible. However, this Whataburger, went above and beyond my expectations. Please visit them and enjoy the pleasant experience. And say hi to Auncye.

Went to go get a pancake platter and a breakfast platter and had to wait around 15-20 minutes when there was zero cars in line besides me. And after I had received my food I had noticed that they had messed up both combos and didn’t give me everything I payed for. I had to go back around and go inside to get my hash browns and i didn’t receive any silverware or syrup at all
