Pulled into this one at Tulsa hills. Been awhile. I use to love it. My 12 double cheese burger with bacon had no hint of heat. Cheese wasn't melted. Absolutely cold. It took 15 minutes to get to table and only 2 other customer in lobby. Sad. I'm done. Thx frank

So upon coming home me and my husband decided to stop in and get some food. My husband order me a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and fries for my side. When getting home I see that my bacon egg cheese biscuit is on a bun when we did not ask for it to be on a bun..I do not know what is going on here but they need to get it together

Been here twice. Both times the drive-thru was the slowest I’ve ever been in (both times were mid-day and no one was there). Both times my order was messed up - this last time I trusted them and drove home. Open the bag - see a chicken sandwich not a hamburger. Even though the receipt on the bag was right, and she confirmed it to me. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION.

Yeah so. The past three times I’ve gone and gotten pancakes here I did not get any syrup. Like at all. So anyone who is planning on getting breakfast here and expecting everything you pay for to come in the meal. With again.

This place has went down hill always the food is not right. Its like they dont have there crap together. Always a up to 45 min wait and cold food. 2 of the 3 burgers was wrong.
I'm the only person in the store no one in the drive thru woman is not prepared at all first she tells me the order I'm coming to pick up is not scheduled to drop until 245 I got here around 220 then she only has enough meat for one of the triple whataburger now I have to wait even longer for an order that should have already done when I got here no cars in drive thru noone in the lobby smh

This whataburger is the absolute slowest I have ever been to. And it’s consistently slow, not just a one time thing. We usually expect to be in line for at least 30 minutes. I have even spent almost a hour in line before. They also frequently get our order wrong. I hate that they are the closest whataburger to us and I generally like their food but this location is terrible. If you order sauce don’t count on it being in the bag. If you order a burger plain there will probably be everything on it. I’m not sure who is hiring for this place but please please get some competent workers or a way to make it more efficient. It’s fast food but there is nothing fast about it.
