This is the slowest whataburger I have ever been to. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food and the employees are down right lazy. They spilt every single drink I saw them pour over the side of the cups and had to wipe them all down. If they spent more time working like they are paid to do instead of laughing and joking around maybe people wouldn’t have spent over half an hour waiting on food. Absolutely unacceptable.
Staff is generally friendly enough most of the time which I do appreciate, but orders are more than often wrong. Realistically I will still be a customer, I just know to check my order every time before I leave. The girl who was working on March 7th at 1 AM with blue/ purple hair was horrifically rude. I pulled up to the drive thru window and kindly said “hello” in a kind gesture expecting a hello back or a “I’ll be with you in one second.” Instead she comes through the mic and says “uhhh it’s been 10 seconds you’re going to have to wait a little longer, don’t expect me to respond that quickly.”Absolutely rude and terrible customer service. I drove around and went to the Whataburger in Glenpool where I was greeted and treated the way a customer should be treated. I hope someone instructs this young lady who was working…Usually don’t write negative reviews but I couldn’t get this over my head.

Absolutely God awful. I work in food, and normally allow grace. But these guys are just dreadfully slow, and my food came out awful both times. I complained about how much sauce was on my burger (slathered on) and how cold/old my fries were, and they just brought a sandwich out twice as worse. I know people come here because it's open 24/7, but spare yourself the trouble and just eat the ramen at home
