I made a mobile order. It's easier since I have a larger family instead of doing drive-thru and hoping they heard everything or tried to repeat the order. Easy on me and easy on them. The gentleman who brought out my food was nice but doesn't have many social vibes. It's not a bad thing. However, when I smile and say thank you, just the small gesture of a smile would be nice. They made sure all of our was there. I did a double check before pulling away. I can't really rate the inside since we didn't go in.
The food was amazing 👏. I hadn't eaten here in a while, and the food was on point.

Whataburger had wonderful choices of food and drinks, yet people still drive by it making it seem like a wasteland. Whataburger doesn't often pull in dine in eaters as much anymore making the space inside feel empty, but either way Whataburger still has the top salads as they even give you a free plastic container with it!
My wife and I needed to use the restroom. But couldn't without making a purchase and also needed to have a door code to even get in the restroom. That's the stupidest and most ghetto thing I've ever heard of!!! No whataburger is supposed to be ghetto! This place sucks!!

Really bad service im from out of town and i was exited and there little snotty attitude ruined it all first got my order wrong after i repeated myself three times wasnt giving no napkins and no ketchup! And one order was with mayo and they put ketchup instead very very bad service train your employees better

Very shocked how no one is stating how bad the floor is and no signs posted. The floor is super super slippery. Like someone spilt grease all over the floor. As soon as I walked in the door I almost slipped and feel. That's a law suit just waiting to happen. Food and customer service is great.
