This wanna be Whataburger location Sucks! The Mgmt the employee are so Rude & Unprofessional! I'm so Sick of the Attitude I receive when I come to this location! And that's not to often anymore! So on Monday I'm going directly to Corporate to let them have an Earful! I will let them know they should shut this location down. Reopen with all new Employees that care!

Got made to wait for ten minutes for “fresh fries” and got home and the fries are old and stale! On top of that got charged for the wrong burger. They never offered to fix it just for us to drive twenty minutes back to fix their mess up. By then the rest of the food would have been ruined since we had four combos messing up my husbands order. Overpriced for the service and quality of food is horrible as well. I’ll never go back to this location. They used to be descent but have went downhill. Spending $45 plus on food and it was not worth that.

me and my fiancé only get wataburger on the weekends and the foods always good but the last 5-6 times they forget his brownie, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU PULL OFF. they’re VERY stingy about their sweet treats… 💔💔😔
Best Whataburger I have been to and I have been in a lot of them. Older lady named Terry waited on us. She has the best personality and is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Very quick service. She apologized for the service being “slow”. It really wasn’t slow compared to the others I have been to. We got our food in less than five minutes. Our local home town Whataburger in Jasper, AL usually takes 20-25 minutes every time. Every order was correct. We usually have at least one order wrong at the Jasper store every time. This location was super clean. If Ms. Terry is not a supervisor, she should be one. She needs a promotion and a raise.

Sooo I come here often and the people there are kind but today I went for lunch they were super busy, I ordered my food and used my points for a purchase, now I’m back at work should not have trusted that everything was in my bag because low and behold something was missing!!! Aaarrrggghhhhh I only have a limited amount of time for lunch and cannot drive BACK to your busy store to wait again for what I have already ordered. I’m sad because my burger is not the same without my fries and spicy ketchup. Might not go back but I probably will!! Just disappointed 🥲
