It's a decent burger joint overall! Kinda short staffed. But they make do! Food was decent and the staff was curious, kind, and attentive. I arrived at the end of the lunch rush. In fact, I was the last in line to be served. So the lobby wasn't the cleanest when I arrived. But as soon as they caught a break they sure enough cleaned it well!

11/20/2025 6:27pm drive thru, in Tulsa for work. By far the best Whataburger experience I've ever had. Julian was friendly and helpful. Usually Whataburger employees have that attitude that makes them sound like you are inconveniencing them by being there. This was quite the opposite of that. It might've been friendlier than a 🐤FilA. He was polite and thorough at the speaker, fast but didn't make you feel rushed. At the window, we chatted briefly about the refreshing new Frosted Berry drink before I moved up to wait for the hot part of my order. Julian put me in such a good mood, the wait didn't even feel long. It's rare that service is good enough to make me dig up the receipt when I returned to the office to do a review 10 days later, but I was that impressed. I'm just disappointed that the QR code for the survey on the receipt already expired so I'm having to do it on GoogleMaps. I hope the appreciation still finds him.

Always a solid experience!
This Whataburger location is clean, well-run, and always delivers quality. The staff works hard to keep the line moving, the orders are accurate, and the food is always fresh. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do — from the friendly greetings to the attention to detail. Definitely one of the top Whataburger spots in the area.

Worst whataburger in tulsa. Employees are on the clock drunk and high. I left out the mens restroom and it smelled like straight WEED! Everytime I come to this location the employees are HIGH!! One night i came in to pick up a doordash and overheard a manager say he had a gun in the office! I wont be back i will just try another location
My boss had a terrible experience at the Roswell, NM location. The employee was not only rude but insulted her and her family. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but she knew what she was doing and who my boss is. Corporate is gonna hear about this.
