GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE+1(8O5)-41O 5OO2 NO NONSENSE AND GREAT ASSISTANCE!!!

On 4/8/25, I sent in a complaint via their website. As is obvious from this posting date, one week has passed and not one communication from Whataburger. It is CRM: 00280846787, even though I’m quite sure this matters not at all to this company. A week ago, I was a recoverable customer. Heck, yesterday they could have won me back. Ignore your customers for a week when they have a complaint? Naw. No coming back. Even better, the complaint was about being completely ignored at a location in Texas.

I was going to get a Cobb Salad with chicken. I had to use the men's room. Had to get a code for the door. Upon entering the men's room an employee came out of the bathroom stall and went straight to the kitchen area without washing his hands. I left. So gross! Too bad, it's a fairly new location.

It had been since 2008 at the Orange Park, Florida, Whataburger, since I had patronized the restaurant.
I had forgotten the size of the burger compared to other fast food chains. I am happy that we stopped!! Hands down for the price, taste and size, WHATABURGER has the other fast food chains beat!!
Way to go for keeping to your name!! I will pick your chain over the rest when traveling!!

Parking: Plenty of parking and normal parking spaces for handicapped people

Absolutely the worst whataburger to go to in Tulsa. I’ve been coming here since they opened this location about a year ago. It’s always a complete disaster. If you plan on coming to this location after the hours of 10pm, you’re better off starving yourself and just going home. An absolute joke of an establishment. It will literally take you an hour to receive your order after the hours of 11pm. They have always and are consistently understaffed and the workers seem to be incompetent. Avoid this location at all costs. It will only bring you misery and despair.

Waited in line for literally 30 minutes and didn’t even get my food because it took that long. I refuse to wait in a line that long through a DRIVE THRU!

It’s quite astonishing that a 3 piece meal would take 30 minutes but they manage to find a way to do it. Drive the extra distance and go to a different one it’s not worth it. They also forget your fries.

I just want to shout out the crew clocked in on 12/23/2024 about 11:50 pm the 3 employees! Even though they were short staffed the customer service was amazing and our food was hot with fresh brewed tea. I just wanted to say thank you for your hard work and dedication. If I knew their name’s it would definitely be stated!

While the food is usually good it always amazes me how I can walk in and a manager doesn’t even acknowledge me. Today a manager was coming out with an order as I stepped up to the unmanned (per usual) registers to pick up a carry out order, not a word. I would expect acknowledgment that I was there and that someone would be with me shortly. Instead he delivered food to patrons dining in and returned behind the wall with nothing… a little bit later someone finally came to the registers, not a word to me so I let her know I was there to pick up an online order to which *gasp* she replied.

Don’t bother doing curbside either, we’ve easily waited over 10 minutes after checking in, I feel that since they can’t see when someone enters and comes to the inside counter it must be even harder to recognize someone has checked in for a curbside order. I feel drive thru must be the best option here if looking to be acknowledged in a timely manner, but have yet to try that method personally.
