It had been since 2008 at the Orange Park, Florida, Whataburger, since I had patronized the restaurant.
I had forgotten the size of the burger compared to other fast food chains. I am happy that we stopped!! Hands down for the price, taste and size, WHATABURGER has the other fast food chains beat!!
Way to go for keeping to your name!! I will pick your chain over the rest when traveling!!

I just want to shout out the crew clocked in on 12/23/2024 about 11:50 pm the 3 employees! Even though they were short staffed the customer service was amazing and our food was hot with fresh brewed tea. I just wanted to say thank you for your hard work and dedication. If I knew their name’s it would definitely be stated!

While the food is usually good it always amazes me how I can walk in and a manager doesn’t even acknowledge me. Today a manager was coming out with an order as I stepped up to the unmanned (per usual) registers to pick up a carry out order, not a word. I would expect acknowledgment that I was there and that someone would be with me shortly. Instead he delivered food to patrons dining in and returned behind the wall with nothing… a little bit later someone finally came to the...
