Paid cash for our dinner, change was supposed to be $2.88 cashier. Said they were out of pennies and she would have to round down. She handed me $2.75. This was a rounding down of .13 cents

Waited at the front counter for 10 minutes and still no one came out. I tried saying something and was ignored. Another employee walk in and asked if the other customers and I have been helped. I said no and he went into the back and told them that there were customers out front and we were still ignored. The car in the drive thru waited just as long as I did. Really disappointed.
Good everyday burger at good everyday price. Good service by nice people.

The night shift here is the worst ive seen at any whataburger. The wait is always long and nobody seems to know how to manage. The day shift is alot different but when the night comes it turns into a different place. This could be fixed with some effort and some critical thinking.
