Food took over 20 min. Fries were hot and cooked perfectly. The burgers were not even warm. It was freezing cold in the restaurant.. we were told they don't control the temp at the restaurant so looked Hella dumb looking for a warm spot to sit lol. May visit this particular whataburger during the winter.. maybe the heat will be set to hades lol

I had just attended an Oklahoma Santa meeting at another restaurant and did not get enough to eat. I found this location. I was dressed out in a Santa vacation shirt and have the white beard. The customer in front of me in a Subara Outback that it was cool that I looked like Santa. So they purchased my meal for me.

Always slow, and they've tried to give me someone else's food a handful of times, but also really one of your only options if you're up past midnight and wanting a bite. When the food is fresh, it's great.

Drive Thru closed both lanes, three customers waiting, no one up front. After eleven minutes I asked if anyone could take my order. Order was missing items, condiments, and napkins. Poor communication, Food was worse. Zero

We ordered our dinner online yesterday and were given a pick up time. I got there a little after the time we were given just in case they needed an extra minute to make it. Once I got there I got in line to let them know I was there for an online order. I made it to the counter and told the dude the name on the pick up other. He just straight looked at me and said to move aside and he'll help me after he helps everyone else in line. That pissed me off so I asked another employee for my food. She went to the back but didn't even bother looking (you can see them from the side). After waiting for twenty minutes I asked again where my food was. At this point I was ready to cancel the order and leave. Dude said they needed to cook fries... My overall experience left me believing that this location doesn't have a single employee who takes their job seriously. I will never use this location again.

Friday October 4th @10:30PM the drive thru had one car in it and they had two tables of customers inside. They told us they were not taking any orders at the moment. I asked why and they just repeated themselves and said the drive through was closed. I asked if I could come inside and they said do what you want. When I went inside the girl up front said they told her she couldn’t take any other orders. There was at least 6 employees not serving one customer. This is the 3rd time in a month I’ve had problems here. Just go somewhere else.

Every Table was Dirty, ordered chocolate shake got Vanilla, Texas Toast was blackened on some parts and under cooked on others, Fries were so overcooked they may as well have been chips. Staff was apparently very busy laughing about a text conversation they were having while just hanging randomly around the lobby area instead of cleaning up the dining area.

Went in on a worktrip, they got my order wrong & switched my order with someone else. The food was okay, had a Chicken Sandwich, would come again but the service really just ruined it for me

8:40 pm, went inside and stood at the counter for 40 minutes listening to the employees joke around with each other. The manager looked me dead in the eye and walked into the back never to be seen again. After 45 minutes, I left and went to Taco Bell.

As a Texan, I’m ashamed of what whataburger has become. How pitiful.

Jaw droppingly bad service. I was never even served. I left and took my business elsewhere. I hope they go out of business.
